I posted the chapter 364 scanlated the other day and now my topic is gone.
It's intriguing that my topic was deleted.
There was nothing specific in the rules about this case.
Could someone tell me what I did wrong so I won't do it again?
Is my scanlating causing trouble for scanlating groups?

Actually he´s not lying. After that chapter 365 thread was closes luci started another one in which he apologized for making a mistake because he meant chapter 364. And afterwards he shared the scanslations with us. I do not intent to be rude but please get your informations right before you dare to call someone a liar.
As far as luci´s question is concerned. The reason why the chapter 364 thread is deleted, in fact it is forbidden to post scanslations here. At least that´s how I understand it. So no bad blood here, just thought that you should know.

i don't know why your thread has been deleted but you sure are on a board where people don't like speed scanlations. and i agree with the general idea, we're not as dumb as other forums (guess who?) to not be able to understand a chapter when you have on one side the raw and on the other side the translation.
Maybe it was a fact that the scanalation you posted used someone's scipt without asking. That might have been it.
(And no, I wasn't the guy who deleted it.)
Three reasons:
1. I remember AP forum policy from several month ago that scanlation announcement should be posted in main chapter thread so that we won't have any spam. Otherwise the thread will be deleted. (Even Null put it on main thread back then when they were still announcing.)
2. I didn't view your scanlation, but people do hate speed scanlation here? How was your quality?
3. You used the script without the translator's permission.
(I do sound like the one deleted the thread, but no, I wasn't the guy who deleted it.)

my two cents: and just a tip if u intended to do a fast scanalation again (tough i don´t like them). use leveling in PS to make images much much better looking ^^ the raws we get here are usually pretty good and u can easily make a very nice cleaning without much trouble

I hope I don't offend you for criticizing.
1. You need to crop the page.
2. You need to remove all the dusts.
3. Change the font to better looking one. Bold font isn't a good font to use. Even Comic Sans would be better choice than this one.
4. Bubble should have each dialog. Not three bubbles for one dialog.

Bullshit. People don't hate speed scanlations. People hate scanlations that are made using stolen translation (I'm not saying luci's is because I wasn't here when he made the announcement.) As for bad scanlations, don't like then don't read; simple. I personally wouldn't waste my time and my ISP's bandwidth to read bad scanlations when I can have something much better if I wait, but people has as much right to make bad scanlations as they do good ones.

I don't know about anyone else, but I only read scanslations that were made with real care. If it isn't a decent scan, or no thought was put into its typesetting, font choice, or choice of phrasing, I won't read it. Whenever someone just slaps somebody else's translation – or a rushed, incomplete translation that has horrible grammar -- onto a raw magazine scan, I want to punch him in THE FACE. It's rude. It's a waste of space and time. And worst of all, it's usually some jackass's attempt at getting people on the internet to say "wow tahts great i like it alot," which causes his e-penis grows to huge proportions.

There is a different point of view about this, though. Before Fruits Basket were licensed in the US, it was scanlated by a girl who deliberately make the picture quality low, because she didn't want it to be a replacement for having the real thing. High quality scans are fodder to bootleggers–that's the different side of the story. I know this because I had been living for the first 17 years of my life in a country rampant with piracy, and almost all of bootlegged manga are those that are available on the internet as high quality scanlations.

Nah, individual could do it, too. I would totally do it if I'm not translating other 10 or more titles -- The only speed scanlation I did is Death Note c61.

You took someone else's script and didn't bother to ask them. He'd already said once in another thread asking about scanlations that he didn't want his work used for scanlation. Rather than ask him first, you used it anyhow.
That's extremely disrespectful. The people who translate One Piece put a lot of effort into their work. Stealing their translations is just plain wrong, and anything done to that effect won't be tolerated here.
Speed scanlations using a stolen script are NOT welcome. Period.
If you wanna do speed scans and link 'em… fine. But if you use a script you don't have permission to use, it will be deleted.
And asking permission after you've already done it does not excuse the act.
Alrighty, if it is indeed true that you used someone else's script, it could be that an admin or mod (not me since I didn't even know that until I saw this thread) that has deleted that thread.
Anyway here is what you should do in addition to what ocean has said:
I think everyone should chill a bit, I think he didn't know some of the things that are taboo… Just don't do it next time..

i think the reason why i don't want my translations used for scanslations is that it's illegal… not that everything that i do is legal, but i want to keep myself out of that mess.
the reason why the mods/admins come down hard on you is that most of the translators on this board have clearly stated that they will stop translating if they see their stuff used in scanslations. won't effect me very much but for most people on the board that would be very very bad...
keep scanslating (as long as you can find someone who will translate for you)

It wouldn't exactly be a speed scan if they actually had to make it look nice. 
That's why I dislike speed scans, very little effort is put into them. It's less a favour to the public and more a grab for attention.
