beeing shichibukai is essentialy a peace treaty with the marines. beeing loyal to the WG is not a requrement as long as you dont openly wage war on them.
(im baseing this on the fact that DoFlamingo during the meating said his pirateing went great and the Buddah was sad to hear that.)

Uh? I think that BLUE dude could pretty much be Franky's Dad, but that would be way too much of a foreshadowing, even for Oda who added Brooke in Laboon's story without any trace of him in the past flashbacks.

Yeah, that's what I meant, it's obvious that he didn't planned it if there was no trace of Brooke in the Laboon's Flashbacks.

No, Moria isn't a giant. He is merely "gigantic" from brooks point of view.
His race has never been confirmed, and he has significantly different feutures and is too small to be a giant….

I hope he has the Light fruit, but somehow I also hope that his fruit is not invisible (I mean, it would be such an annoyance to turn into Light just to travell at Light speed to any random place…) and that he doesn't end in the list of people that get his ass kicked by Luffy.

Well, Mihawk doesn't have a hawk fruit ( at least, it doesn't seem so. for now.), Crocodile didn't eat the crocodile fruit, DoFlamingo's power doesn't suggest he has the power of the flamingo (though he does look like one), Moria doesn't look anything like a gecko (more like a leek, actually) and Blackbeard doesn't even have a black beard (he shaved it off, from the looks of it). So it is quite probable that Kuma won't have the power of a Kumacy.
Yeah I'm actually also rooting for a Shichibukai who uses no DF powers like Mihawk (unless Jimbei will take that spot, which he likely will, unless he's a moron or something)

we have yet to see what? he is in open war with the WG. the shichibukai has a peace treaty with the WG. if they break it they loose their warlord status like Crocodile did.

I said it once before, we have two birds, two reptiles, one mammal and one fish, so the next shichibukai is a mixture of the last two, he is an aquatic mammal, probably a dolphin theme….....now that is logic...
