Here be a thread where you can invent your own attacks for the One Piece characters. Sorry if there's already a thread like this but I did search and if there is a thread like this, I'll be happy to delete this one. Anyway…
????????-Gomu Gomu No Fuusokukei (Anemometer)

Luffy starts off by grabbing something in the distance but also twists his arms, like a cross between Rocket and Tsuchi. When he unwinds the arms, he is sent flying while spinning. He then stretches his leg out like in Muchi, bbut it is now in a cup shape. So he's flying through the air spinning with his leg stretched out like a cup.

Here's the Gomu Gomu no Hurricane:

Luffy sucks up a extremly huge amount of air and blows it in the enemy.

The Gomu Gomu no Storm Bazzuca:

Luffy twists himself and stretches is arms back and spins realy fast and does a bazzuca.

Gear 3: Gomu Gomu no Baku Baku

Luffy uses Gear 3 to empower his teeth and crunch stuff up good.

Zo-Lu-Cho Oni Giri

Chopper uses Horn Point, and Luffy stretches out like a giant rubber band, and launches Zoro at high speeds, and uses Oni Giri.

Uso-Lu Wagomu

Usopp uses the Kabuto to shoot Luffy like a giant rubber band.
