It's a good clean scanlation, but a few things bug me…
Why did you change Absalom's "Garururuu" laugh to "Growl!"? I could have sworn those kana were for that....
Luffy calls the shadow theif "perpetrator"...his vocabulary isn't that great to call ANYONE that...
On second look, I think "Spaghetti Soup" would be better called "Noodle Soup".
If the bear had a name, it would have been "Kumashi", not "Bearsy" like I translated it to...I thought she said "bearsy" because the bear did not talk gruff and bear-like at all...
Other than the script looks kinda similar to mine, I have no other complaints...

"Garuru" is the soundword for growling or roaring, depending on which animal it is. If it was laughter, Richie from Buggy's crew would be laughing non-stop xD

Yeah, I changed it back.. I always want to make it as literal as possible so there is no confusion afterwards. It's the word my dictionary had, even if it may be too intellectual for a dimwit like Luffy. That's kinda true..

Since it was a bear after all, "Bearsy" works pretty good though, no? When it was still just the spoiler script we couldn't see what was going on. "Kumashii" isn't even a word.. "Buhichuck" from earlier should be "Oinkchuck" too, it's that kind of thing.. The translations are so much alike, because kokotas and me are homies now (lol)! xD
