Does anyone know, the official website of the japanese tv that shows One Piece every sunday? Maybe they offer their programm via internet.This is common in Germany, tv stations offer their programm online also.Maybe we could watch One Piece "live" then.

What's the point? Assuming we can navigate a foriegn site, most of us use fansubs.
ANd yes, it's getting more and more popular to put videos up on websites for people to watch shows. Popular(especially kids) channels in the US are doing it more and more.

No, sorry, but that type of thing is not available for One Piece.
The RAW comes out shortly after it airs so it doesn't matter really.
