Holy crap, a game that could concievably have three completely different-yet-effective control schemes on each system? Brilliant!
EDIT: Yeah, in an issue of Nintendo Power they listed Katamari Damaci DS on a release list shortly after it came out. Nothing ever came of it, though.

This just makes my year after hearing that the last installment would be the PSP incarnation which was just….ugh. It's in the grey area between not good enough to recommend to anyone and not awful enough to sluff off entirely, making the whole thing rather painful.
After the really cool original then the AMAZING sequel, only to be followed by that and hear it would be the final installment, this is just....oh man. Fantastic doesn't begin to describe....

Yeah, the original Katamari Damacy is pretty hard to come buy, the other day I saw one at EB and bought it, and I don't even have a PS2 (sounds dumb, but I plan to buy a PS2 once they inevitably drop below 100 bucks).

Actually, at the moment, the Wii is the only one without a Katamari because of the control.
