Chopper said that the rumbleball could enhanceany person with devil fruit powers…What if it was applied on Luffy, or somebody else?
What would happen?

They'd probably choke, my guess is that the rumbleball will work on animals alone, or everyone would be using it right now. :unsure:

it is only for Zoan type of devil fruit users ..

P'Cing is right its for zoan type only but i think your suppose to now what you want to become since chopper created the transformations so the only way to do this is if you are a friend of chopper.
