I'm wishing for a pitch black cover, but I'm not getting my hopes up. Dark purple would probably suit best, otherwise.

I think the cover will be black, or dark purple. It'll show the crew in Thriller Bark with Brooke, and Hogback, Absolom, Verona, and Moria would be in the background.

When this volume is going to be published in Japan, by the way? As the arc keeps on, with a lot of cool revelations, my silly prediction is that it will go until chap. 449, so the next volume will be about mainly the attack of the zombie generals.

We may have to wait another month for Vol. 46: the list for June doesn't show One Piece at all. (it has several other series like Naruto, Bleach and such, but no OP)

I'm guessing that Brooke'll be on the cover, and maybe Hogback and Cindry. Of course some of the Strawhats will also make appearances. I'm guessing we won't see Absalom, Perona, etc. until the next volume.

I predict chapter 441-451. I think 451's a good ending chapter and 452's a good beginning chapter. Is it just me or is the plot in the first and last chapter in a One Piece-book arranged so that the chapters appear a bit longer?

Yeah, assuming 46 has 9 or 10 chapters, then there will be around a dozen or so chapters left. Not that it matters much, Bleach has five tanko worth of chapters not in volumes.

I can see it encompassing 9 chapters since 449 is a great chapter to end it on.
"Adventure on Ghost Island" or "Thriller Bark" are good candidates for titles.
And as for the cover, I'm hoping for Luffy, Brook, Chopper, and Usopp with Hogback in the backround.

I was thinking mugshots of each of the four (Perona, Absalom, Hogback, and Moria) of Thriller Bark on each corner of the volume, with Luffy and Brooke in the center. Then the background could be assorted zombies fighting with the rest of the Mugiwara.

yeah, it's been a long time since a new tanko has come out. As for colors, as most of the colors of the rainbow have been occupied, I'm shooting for a black and white thing. Purple wouldn't be bad, tho…for brook

I'm still with a title that doesn't say much about the arc.. kind of symbolic one.
Anyways, needless to say Brooke is gonna be in the cover. Hogback should be in it too, and Team Useless. If he can put her in, then Cindry too. Nothing else can be added in with this much.. for backround obviously front of TB, and if we're lucky the sign too. -
