I don't know. I saw the first episode and I thought the animation was pretty good.
Maybe it's because I have nothing else to compare it to…. or something.

Lol, what the hell happened. XD
Wow dude, that sucked. I don't know if I have a frame of reference for an anime fight that looks anywhere close to as bad as that.
I think that Shippuuden is improving, overall. Yes, there are still moments where the animation pisses me off (Episode 19: Gai v. Gai/Lee v. Lee, where they don't even bother trying to mask that it's the same -_-").
However, there are also times in episode 24 where the animation is not making you want to rage Naruto, and major shocker!, neither does the story. Finally, the last few episodes of Naruto, things actually happen! It's not three characters standing around having a conversation along these lines:
Person 1: This is what happens. This is what it means.
Person 2: That is what happened? This is what it means?
Person 3: Oh, so this is what happens… so this is what it means... okay.
Person 1: Yes, this is what happens, and so this is what it means.
Flashback to Person 1's first line
Now, this could make anyone rage Naruto, but even my one friend who quit watching, has agreed that the last few episodes have greatly improved, animation and story-wise... So let's just be patient... and hope that the series is turning over a new leaf/picking up steam.
!YaY! Naruto Shippuuden...

It looks like they spent the whole budget there, i fail to see any "improvement", it's just getting worse every week.
I know a lot of people stopped watching this piece of crap (and even the ratings are sinking horribly), but hey, it's still worth for some laughs.
Episode 25 was freaking 10+ minutes of Sakura healing the annoying granma and herself while Sasori was just standing there, doing nothing. Hilarious.
My God, a lot of you are picky/exaggerating/stupid. Overall it's not nearly as bad as you're making it out to be. Episode 24 may have been the worst thing to happen to anime since God knows when, but it doesn't mean the whole series has gone bad due to one shitty episode. Shippuuden has greatly improved since the beginning, one bad episode doesn't change that.

No it hasn't. I really enjoyed the first episode, (Though that was mostly due to the flash-forward to the encounter with Sasuke in the beginning. That was cool.) but in the newest episode I was just thinking: "Right… Three minutes. They passed before you'd even STARTED talking, damnit!" And at the end: "So, this entire episode took one minute? That's almost as bad as the "Five minutes" on Namek in DBZ". Naruto might have been great in the beginning, but it's hardly even worth watching anymore.
Gotta agree with Geg.
The animation in Crayon Shin-chan, that's (intentionally) horrible. I'm sure the animation in Shuppuuden is no where near that. You all are blasting this out of porportion.
