Specific Pictures I need

I can't get snapshot from my VLC media player they come out all weird looking, So could any one get these pictures for me it would be of a great help. Heres a list of the pictures I need what episode and what time the picture i want appears in the episode.

Portgas D. Ace - 94 - 23:05
Mr. 1 - 119 - 5:11
Smoker - 106 - 10:19
Crocodile - 106 - 11:26
Nico Robin - 131 - 20:14
Marshall D. Teach - 151 - 21:01
Enel - 179 - 19:45
MontBlanc Norland - 187 - 10:48

I would prefer if you took the snapshot with the mouth closed.

There doesn't exist a Portgas D. Ace picture at that time. There's a One Piece Pic Request thread where you could have posted this.
