if you go to wikipedia and go to the one piece section and look for list of manga and volume chapters you'll find it.

I haven't read the manga unlike the people in the "Manga" section and have no idea what number chapter would contain this which is why I am looking for someone to point me in the right direction. Also I rewatched the dub episodes that the dub cut before I started watching the subs. And these two episodes weren't listed there and I just found out that these two characters had much more significant circumstances that were left out of the dub.
