One Piece Chapter 81
The final straw for Nami, where all she's worked for finally unravels and she's left to just kneel in the middle of the road and helplessly make the only attack she can on Arlong by stabbing her tattoo bearing his insignia over and over. Until the people she thought she had left walk up and offer her the helping hand she had already refused multiple times. And than they usher her back into the group without a word and march off to kick ass and solve all her problems.

One Piece Chapter 209: Surpass You
Luffy defeats Crocodile. Need I say more?

One Piece Chapter 232: 100 Million Man
The culmination of about a volume of silent hate towards Bellamy and crew. Watching Luffy and Zoro hold back against a beating so humiliating and soul hitting that it seems like its spitting on the series itself. Its like watching Elmer Fudd torture Bugs Bunny Mr.Blonde style with Bugs just sitting there capable of escape but not trying. And this chapter is where Bugs stops taking it and puts a big cartoon dynamite stick right up Fudd's ass and blows him to hell without breaking a sweat. Immense satisfaction.

Berserk Volume 6 Chapter 6: Precious Thing
This is the defining chapter of the ENTIRE series. Everything about tha conflict of the main triangle of characters is here sprawled out for all to see. EVERYTHING. Its chapters like this that make or break a series. And Berserk nails it perfectly.

Berserk Volume 16 Chapter 8: Beast of Darkness
The best imagery Evar! Really creepy chapter where Gutt's inner demons at last make themselves known.

Vagabond Chapter 191: Painting with Water
Beautiful chapter that is able to give you a sense of calm natural silence using ink on paper, its the first chapter that shows us Musashi after he has
killed..

! Seijuro Its so thick with mood and undecided feelings….which sounds wierd....but its true somehow! This, this is why Vagabond is the best.

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure volume 28, "Dio's World, Part 18"

I dunno why these manga-ka think people like to see skinny whiny main characters that get fingered every time they try to fight. I'm not really into manga now, but I was really close to not reading any until I saw Jotaro dominate the fuck outta Dio in the most masculine way possible.

Well, I know that's my favorite. I really like a lot of other chapters in a few series, but nothing else really stands out.
