Hi, I currently use a HP All In One system which is a printer, copier, and scanner. The printer and copier work very well, but the scanner won't work which is weird since I thought the copier and scanner used the same thing. Also when I try to go to the software, it won't pop up which is what you need up for the scanned picture to show. I can't find a close enough model of the HP system to show what each individual button can do, but here is what the All in One looks like . Also here is what button does from top to bottom.

When I push the Scan it just flashes on #1 then nothing happens, but the cartridge is full and there is paper in the printer. Besides how is that expose to effect how the scanner works?
