I know there's a script out there already but it's missing a few things and it's hard to read so I decided to make another trans for you fellow apforumers. 
Looking at the title, I think it's a misprint. It's not "Thriller Park" or "Thrillerberg". It's missing a small circle to make it "Thriller Park" and it is missing two small dots to make it "Thrillerberg". Right now, "Thrillerburke" would be the closest.
Please do not use for scanlations.

Sanji: I want to smack some manners into you......
Brooke: Through misfortunes, our crew have met another terrifyingly strong crew of pirates and our crew was annihilated in a battle. Of course I have died in that same battle!!
Brooke: .......During my time as a living being my only Yomi-Yomi ability was to sink like a rock but......
