Fukorou and Kumadori

Just idle speculation:

It seems like Kumadori and Fukorou are a perfect yin-yang pair.

Both are physically very large compared to the other CP9.

Their douriki are almost equal.

Kumadori is a glutton for emotional pain, but Fukorou allows himself to be physically battered.

Fukorou lacks any self-control (see the gossip) but Kumadori has perfect control of everything (Life Return)

Kumadori claims to be hundreds of years old, but in the anime, Fukorou's voice sounds like a screaming infant (IMO).

I wish we could have seen more of their interplay… might have shown some interesting relationship.

Actually the voice you hear Kumadori display, resembles the voice of the old Japanese Kabuki voice that is always heard. Meh I know its you opinion but its japan and not america.

About the Yin and Yang thing, Maybe…They are almost opposites. They probably wont get along good.

Actually, all of the CP9 had opposites.

Kaku and Kalifa: Kaku had old man jargon and was very carefree, Calipha is very serious and liberal (Her sexual harrassment crap), and youthful.

Lucci and Jyabura: Lucci is a serious, no-nonsense kind of guy. Jyabura was a liar and a cheat.

And then of course, Fukurou and Kumadori that you pointed out.

That only leaves Spandam and Nero, but they were both losers (Especially Spandam. RIH, Spanda).

Really now, Nero wasn't a loser. He had the upper hand on Franky for quite awhile, was a quick thinker, and he was DAMN tough.

Despite only being able to use four of the forms (and really only displaying three of them), he was beating Franky up until the very end. He managed to find and exploit Franky's weakness before Franky found his, and even after he got Ultimate Hammered in the FACE, through the roof of a fricking train, he got back up and was still about to kick Franky's ass. Is that weak? HELL NO!!!

And besides… You forgot about Blueno. :getlost:

Nero sucks and was meant to.

That's why he's a good character but also why I dislike him. Because I'm meant to.

Anyway, Kumadori and Fukurou are two of my favourites and I find this really ineresting.

Then again, you could find out that Xenu and a cob of corn are opposites.

You must hate Franky or something, because the only injury he got on Franky was the shot in the back. Franky beat the ever-loving crap out of him, and he was struggling to get back up before Lucci blew a hole in him.

I guess Bleuno and Spandam would be opposites then. Bleuno is serious and quiet and emotionless, Spandam is very loud, annoying, and very emotional.

I wanted to see more of Kumadori, he was a great and very carismatic villain.

Just to point out, Kumadori never claimed to be a hundred years old, what you're thinking of was just an old Japanese saying, he wasn't speaking about himself…and Fukuro only sounds like an infant in the anime, I never pictured him to sound that way when I read the manga.

I really didn't get too much of a feeling of chemistry between the two, unlike some of the other CP9 members.

Yar, Fukurou and Kumadori are kind of opposite-ish. And, seeing as how they're both rather amusing character, I think interaction between the two of them would be entertaining.

I thought Nero was an awesome villain, the "shaaaaah" weasel noise he made cracked me up. I could see Nero being a foil to Blueno, seeing as how Blueno is very serious and experienced, whereas Nero is the most green of the CP9. Personally, since Nero wasn't at Enies Lobby when

! the Buster Call went off(for people who only watch the anime), I'm hoping he'll get a mini arc like Wapol and Jango
