Much better font/color-wise than SD's sub. The yellow was murder on my eyes for regular text. Otherwise, good job, though I could care less about the Kareoke.

We are probably going to make it a little yellowish, but not so saturated as SD's release, something like K-F's color with a slightly different hue.

I would like to say GOOD JOB you guys. Been waiting for a group to sub (real) HD version of one piece. I hope you guys will continue your great work..
Releasing script is also a very good choice for people who can't support or having problems with HD playback.
Since you guys are a new groups, there are still no attack effects. Maybe you could add it in the future? This way you guys could compete with other fansubs. HD quality+attack effect+good subbing = Superb. Just a suggestion.. Thanks anyway.. Keep up the good work.

omg omg omg omg, now this is wht a fast one piece sub should look like, although i love watching my anime on my psp, download convert watch on my bed its wonderfull, but i couldnt with this one, solely on the fact that the subs sorta ran together, lol but who cares, keep up the good work but dont be like the ppl who do it once and never do it again, allright cant wait for that site and ep 205, hurray

I am looking forward to seeing how you do some of the special attacks for fonts. I wanted to know if there was anyway that you guys would do the second special episode I think that it was 292. I must say, after watching this, I am very impressed with you guys. I finally get to watch One Piece in the highest of high quality, the visual improvement was amazing. The fonts you used for dialogue were very clear and you color-coded them as well, which is very nice.
I highly approve of your fine work, I'd donate money to your cause if I had an address to mail it to.

I've finished up v2 of 294 HD. It is much smaller (about 250MB), and I tried a very pale yellow font insted of the white. I also used a different font for Kumadori's attacks that will hopefully be a little easier to read (he won't have any more attacks after 294, so I guess it doesn't matter that much in the long run). Anyway, it should be out by the end of the day.
As far as 295, I haven't heard how the subs are coming along, so I can't give an estimate as to when they will be done…but hopefully soon. Be patient.

That was not my intention. Moreso I was expressing that I perfer Vegapunks over ADC. With the amazing speed, quality, and translation ADC will be obselete and their will be new found One Piece stability and a consistant Fansubbing group.

I think it's rude to ask fansubbers to hurry up. You're being impatient with people who are volunteering to do this. Let them take the time they need. I'm impressed enough with Vegapunk as it is. If they need time to get it done, so be it.

Don't worry, there isn't any difference in quality, at least not that I can tell. I used x264 codec for v2, as opposed to Xvid for v1, so that is how I reduced the size so much. BTW, it is uploading to the server right now. I'm not sure if I'll have time to release it before I go to bed tonight, but if not, then Kuzan should be able to get it out in the morning, while I am sleeping (there are good and bad things about having your fansubbing team separated by 8 time zones…).

Another great release, x264 does compress better than xvid but it takes longer time to encode. The difference are hardly seen, even Kaizoku-fansubs uses x264. I guess if anyone doesn't know about x264 or having problems playing it, there's a good documentation done by the Kaizoku-fansubs crew at their website http://kaizoku-fansubs.com/

Thanks for the release. I just downloaded this at my home yesterday so I can't remember which version I downloaded. For some reason 293 and 294's sound doesn't match up with visuals or the script. It's way behind (like I'm watching 1980's karate movies lol) I wanted to see if it was a me problem so I looked at your uploaded version on youtube and it had the same problem but not as intense.
Does the version 2 fix this? If so then I must've downloaded the wrong version.
By the way I prefer the white font. It's actually one of the best font's I've seen from a sub group, nice, big, and easy to read.

I just wanted to say that i think its really cool that you give your viewers a status bar to show us where you're at with the subbing, as a plus side you probably wont recieve many bothersome comments about when it will be released.

You guys still have the script or v1 available for this ep? I've got a fairly new computer and the latest codecs, but the video is all choppy. Don't get me wrong though, I really appreciate your good work!

Same here. I downloaded it twice, but each time I tried to play it, my comp crashed basically and it would play the sound smoothly, but the video would stop and go all choppy. I have the latese codecs as well and use VLC.
