I have been lucky enough to get a translator and a soft shader, but I am the only Cel Shader, and a majority of our work will be Cel Shaded. So I need help.
If you have photoshop and ar einterested in learning to Cel Shade for our group, please visit the following link(it's popup free and a very nice guide) and you can learn how.

If it just doesn't seem to be your thing, that's alright too. If everyone could color manga they'd color it for themeselves.
Joining our group, the coloring process works simply. I will get raws, clean them(not always a complete clean, I'm like Usopp playing Shipwright) sometimes, and pass them on. A single Cel Shader will need to complete the entire chapter. There isn't a rush, due to complications Chapter 2 has been on hiatus for in all a month maybe more and is just picking up again. One page a night is fast and hard. Look forward to anywhere from 16-23 pages to color, each requiring a repeated process.
You will also be able to download a Pallette, which in normal terms is an image with a bunch of colors and a descriptive name next to them, you basically use the eyedropper to ge tthe color and move from there.
Our forum can be found at http://www.kaigun.proboards84.com/ and I will accept a "resume" of sorts by either posting a piece of manga(no major spoilers please, I'd like to keep the thread safe for everyone) here or over on our forums, I check both regularly.
Once I get 2-3 more Cel Shaders(I'll pick the best ones) and from there the pace can pick up with the first "arc" involving Coby and Morgan to be finished.
Having little free time is fine, but make sure there's at least a few days a week that you'll have regular oppertunities, having an hour a month is simply waaay too slow, coloring manga takes time to do, a couple nights a week when free time is there to kill is fine.
