If I'd really think hard, I'd probably get a whole lotta lines and speechs from One Piece, surprising as it may be. Right now I have two favourites in my mind. The first is from Water 7 after the fight between Luffy and Usopp. Luffy says that the responsibility of a captain is heavy and then Zoro gives a speech that made me cry:

"That's what it is to be a captain. Don't lose sight. If you begin to lose sight, who are we supposed to trust? Let's give this ship up. We won't be able… to ever... come back."

The second one is from Davy Back Fight when Luffy yells to Foxy:

"To save my nakama… I will fight... to the death!"
