For the curious out there, "Strangeykins" is what a friend of mine on another forum calls me (I've gotten lots of weird nicknames on the internets over the years).

In fact, I gave her a giftart I thought looked all right…

SO. I wanted some honest C&C on my fanarts. Figued this was as good a place as any to get some. You can see all of these with longer descriptions, along with lots of bizzare cracked-out doodles, on my deviantArt page. I'm going to upload some of these to tinypic, and just link to the dA versions of others (because I'm lazy). If anyone has issues seeing the dA ones, I'll happily upload them then.

While the spoiler tags are there for image size, a lot of these MAY contain spoilers. If you're not caught up to the manga, proceed at your own risk. Also, some of my tablet doodles may look a little stretched vertically, being that I have a wide monitor.

Here are some of the ones I'm (relatively xD) proud of:

Lucci drawing, sketched and inked on paper and colored digitally (which I am WOEFULLY inexperienced with). Inspired by an AMV Dragon Warrior did. (I also did a Dub Piece fanart a while back). I am aware that his right hand is a touch small (and partially uncolored. Like his eyes >.>).

Ever since 437, I've been doing a series of "Robin has fun molesting Franky" fanarts (don't worry, nothing graphic xD).

Seriously cracked-out doodles are so much fun.

I do non-OP stuff on occasion, too.

I've also done some fanarts that are pretty much direct copies of the original art. I like these all right, but they're not as fun as doodling around. Though I do love how this turned out (BLEACH SPOILERS!!).

ALSO: Sanji, Sawyer, and Star Trek.

SO. Comments and criticism (hopefully not too harsh xD)? Any specific improvements I could make?

The furry thing was actually an entry for a contest on the VG Cats forums. I can never resist the urge to draw a male character in a speedo, Franky-style… Leo suffered that horrible fate this time (actually I've done it before xD).

Well that first one is an example of me drawing really quickly and directly on the paper, so I guess… the most raw, unrefined example of how I draw? I dunno. The only part I'd change if I could would be Luffy's mouth. ":[]" wasn't what I was going for.

I did it while listening to American Pie. Looove that song.

Haha, yeah. It all started when a dA friend drew me that way, then another, then it spiraled out of control. I don't really have purple hair, but I do own that hat.

Nah. They just edited all of the cussing that was worse than "damn" (I think 'shoot' was said like fifty times, badly dubbed in xD) and the used condom bit at the beginning was cut (though it was in the credits, oddly enough). I mean, I've never seen it uncut so I really can't say, but I think that was it.

According to Wikipedia, AMC edits the part where Elwood fried the elevator, which I think is stupd. Guess I'm lucky I saw it on VH1.

Yeah, there is a bit in the beginning where that guy in glasses comments "One condom… used.". Removing the scene where Elwood sabotages the elevator seems stupid to me too, but anyway they always remove scenes for meaningless reasons.

Dubbing the curses has definetly ruined the scene with the nun

Well, I mean, he only played a minor villain, right? Honestly I haven't had the chance to see much (any) Doctor Who, sadly, but I did watch clips of Simon in it and while he makes an excellent bad guy, he seemed to have a minor and kinda cliche part. Loved the creepy makeup and suit though 8D

'Fact, I've seen Simon in a ton of stuff I didn't bother to mention because Spaced, SotD and Hot Fuzz are simply what he's known for.

And thanks xD I did some other awesome doodles (fedora-wearing Franky and Luffy) during the span of that convo, but they were tragically lost (I was too lazy to save them).
