What is some good comedic "goofy" anime?

Not goofy to the extent of Bobobo, where they fight with nose-hairs, and do things that just dont make sense at all

Goofy as in, it has its moments of being "wtf", and make you laugh from the characters reactions
ex:

Groove Adventure Rave (Rave master in US)-The badguys reactions when seeing plue/griff, are sometimes eyes popping out. Main character's reactions to some of the out-of-the-blue things, talking to themselfs.
One Piece- Luffy and all of his dumbness (new word!). "Yes, so its a mystery ____ smacks hand". Or, when they first met chopper and wanted to eat him.
Hajime no Ippo- the jokes about Ippo's elephant-sized cough. Or, the pranks the characters play on each other

Sadly, I cant think of many anime's that have the "goofy"ness factor in their jokes. DBZ can somewhat classify sometimes, with Master Roshi's perverted jokes in the original DragonBall (and the underwear wish).

I guess I am looking for some anime that has some "wtf" humor to it, but not at a large scale, that is seen in Bobobo

Any recomendations?

Really? I had always thought of Ranma as more of a fanservice-y show than comedy. Defintly will look into that one. And from the art style of it, it does look good.

FLCL I have seen, but somewhat classify it in the same "over the top" portion of goofyness like bobobo. Those shows just dont really take themselfs serious(imo)

Yea, a lot of cartoons do have funny reactions, but some of the more action-filled animes like Inuyasha, Outlaw Star, Cowboy Bebop, etc.. are more subtle with their humor. Good animes (Outlaw star by far my favorite of the three), but not much on goofyness.

Zatch bell is pretty good. Saw the english version and got intrigued by it. "long jaw" reactions are run rapid in there too. Defintly another one I need to check with the original

Lupin, Ive already seen that whole series (sans the movies), and enjoyed it. Not so much for the "goofy"ness though.

Shin Chan I saw a few episodes of, and it defintly got some "wtf" reactions from me. Not as absurd as bobobo, but not a show Id download the whole series with. Maybe 30 or so episodes

I just started watching Azumanga Daioh, but so far it looks really goofy.

I also found Fruits Basket quite goofy too, but there are also a few serious episodes.

Love Hina and School Rumble are basically top-notch when it comes to girly animanga with some hilarious hijinks. The Love Hina manga is way better than the anime, because the anime skips around and stuff, but Sukuran's anime holds very true to the manga.
