It's one of those ItsaMovEbutWecan'tchompThetidenomore things. But Funimation is supposed to dub and slat wall it. However, there is no word you onto the new voices… says Firecrotch.

Thats an OVA from 1998 which was made before the actual production of the Toei One Piece anime. The voice cast and animation studio are different

Its been subbed a while ago by KF. Although you can probably find it on anywhere on Youtube, Dailymotion, etc.

The notes on Retro-Junk are fulla crap. As in, neither FUNi or 4kids is dubbing this.
