Well, ADC didn't sub those. They're pretty recent, actually. I think GeruSama is the one you're looking for. Go to www.isohunt.com and just search for "One Piece 207" or something and maybe it'll come up?
By the way, this seems like an opprotune moment to point out that www.GeruSama.com is not actually a site about GeruSama. That said, why the hell does everything link to there?

Gerusama fangroup died when ADC came out. So obviously the domain expired too…

They say they didn't exactly "die", just went awol. They'll be back with a different name, or so I've heard... -
its a typo. I meant to say fansub.
I dont think gerusama is coming back, since ADC is doing the job pretty smooth atm. No real need for a fansub group

yeah, when the gap finally got filled it was dreammy. watching 5 eps of one piece a day for a few weeks…so disappointing when you catch up and go back to 1 a week

206 till 219 [Long Ring Island/Davy Back Fight Arc] can be downloaded from BalF fansubs [they got that arc completely]
220 till 254 can be downloaded somewhere. It's a 7 GB batch with all the Gerusama episodes [last few are from ADC ;) ]
