This is an old one, and I always thought this one was dumb. It was a comission, and it was quite a challenge taking a lame, cliche'd design that was obviously someone's tabletop RPG character, and making it look cool. I think I succeeded, though. Looking back, though, I wasn't as good then as I am now. But, that's always the way with pictures.

It was done as a challenge, to do a picture with a theme I don't usually do. A few obvious flaws aside, I think it turned out well.

I believe it's okey as long as there is a clear time gap between the posts.

But, yesh, I like those. The one with background reminds me of… what was that series? The slice-of-life comic about an android and her cafeteria. Anyway, great job with it. That Geese picture is badass too but I like Smoker one better (probably because, well, it's Smoker. Go figure.).

Seriously, that art is fantastic. I'm assuming you ink, traditionally, no? Your second post (third post in this thread), which had that man holding the card was amazing! I could really learn alot about hands from you (since I… well... you know...).

I just use pencil. I used to ink, but it was a bitch, and I hated it. Everything I do is pure pencil, now.

And yeah, I put quite a bit of effort into learning hands. Primarily since that seems to be where everyone else slips up, and because they can be used to express quite a bit.

That's some great stuff. Did you take some art classes, or is most of this just you building up your skill overtime? Tutoriol perhaps(links? :p)?

In any case, they are excellent. Love your style on the Smoker picture.

All self-taught. Tutorials don't work for me, and art schools are too full of people who's asses I want to kick. =P

Wow, I'm really impressed. That one guy you said you thought was a table top character, I thought it was good. I've always thought gamblers and stuff were cool. Or people with cards/dice. No matter how you slics it though, you're very talented.

Nice art! Awesome detail, I love the ambience of the "post-apocalyptic" ones. You should put some more up.
