Saw this magazine in the shops today, seems pretty interesting, and a good way to get more people interested in Manga, it seems to be a magazine collection and every issue you get a Anime DVD, the first one is Ghost In The Shell. Anyone else gotten any of these magazines? And are they any good?

I think the name Manga is the company of the people who produce the PAL DVDs, it has ones like Ghost in the Shell, Akira, Ninja Scroll and even newer ones like Naruto.

Oh. The Manga that distributed GITS:SAC in the U.S. and the reason why most people (myself included) pronounce manga "May-n Gah" rather then the correct "Mah-n Gah"?

If so, still Pass. They're low on money (if not bankrupt) and only exist based on notoriety since they were the first ones around (thus why they're only distributing rather then actually producing…)

I dunno like, Ghost in the Shell for £2.99 is a pretty good deal either way, even if I already had it, after that it's 8.99 and you get 2 DVDs (Blood the Vampire and ummm…something else) so sometimes it'll be a good bargain, seeing as they charge like £20 for the same DVDs in most other shops
