I screencap from roms, thats how I made my world on Furcadia, just did alot of that today to update it.

Well One Piece Online has a ton of them, all the DF ones are custom made.
but if you are really interested look up "sprite database" on google.
There's one site along the lines of sdb.drsnaps.com or sometihng like that which has a bundle of them.

It doesn't really take that long. It takes just a few seconds to pull away the background, and occasionally I have to draw in missing things. Like, I had to draw about a fourth of Outraged Cabaji's head (But I don't think it's TOO noticeable…).

Yeah, I'm using the sprites to make comics (points to Creativity Forum).
Interesting, though. Those are halarious, simply because Alvida is a fat lard. Therefore, the motion lines are unrealistic because she probably couldn't reach speeds over 3 mph.
Which game is Sanji from in that one? I don't recall a black suit…

That game Sanji was from was Jump Super Stars. Also Sanji has a black suit in the wonderswan section.

Any chance One Piece Online could use them? I'm sure Typhoon would love it and you never know when you can use more DF stuff and characters. which we are missing Sogeking.
Anyways I used to do sprite work myself, but I have since changed to Manga Coloring Points to current Dragon Avatar which is time consuming, the end prodct is great and it's fun to do, but te time it takes for one page and all the little art correections I have to do make it harder and more boring.
And the quality isn't very good, all these little specks on the page that show up, and it's hard to erase a million little pizels on each page.
But thats for another thread, which can be ound a few pages back in the manga forum.
Very nice job, 4th one is the best, next time for the Alvida chase thing, Motion Blur the latter 3/4 and leave the first 1/4 where Alvida is alone, and kinda smudge the edge of them so it's not a solid transition, it looks like theyn are running fast and shes slow as heck.

The host Cabanaman forgot to pay his website fees. He need $100 or so to get it back without re-registering and everytihng, and losing all his stuff.
By the way if you ever have time on the side aside from making sprite comics, private zulen, I could always use another cel shader on my manga team, if you hardly have spare time I understand, I am short on time myself, just wondering if you might be interested, you have some pretty good photoshop skills there.

I know the feeling. I used to play with the blur tool because that copying, pasting and making weird squiggles was all I can do. Now I can cel shade and do lighting and shading. Kinda fun actually.
I'm looking forward to another sprite comic.
