How long has this journey been?

I've been wondering this for a while, because no voice actor (Especially Luffy's) has shown any particular change in voice nor have the characters made any massive physical changes, save for costume changes. As cool as costume changes are, I'm a bit concerned about the ages of the characters.

It doesn't take long for a person to get buff. You can go from a lardass to a buff person in about 2 months if you routinely workout and diet properly, which is what Coby and Helmeppo did.

It's been about 3 months. 1 month in East Blue, 2 months on the Grand Line. No birthdays have occurred since the start of the journey, and the biggest gap is Vivi -> Zoro, if I recall correctly.
