As all of you know, Luffy comes up with strange but, also powerful Gum Gum attack when he fights a strong opponent. So I willing to hear others ideas of what Gum Gum attack Luffy might come up with. Here's what I come up with.
GUM GUM JACKBOX- Luffy extends one of his legs up in the air. Next, he'll twist his leg like a spring. Then, he'll unleashes it and his leg will drill into the ground. Last, his leg would sprout from the ground where his opponent is staying and be kick very hard in the jaw senting the person flying straight up in the air.

The reason why I gave the attack this name is because it suppose to represent a jack in the box, which catch people off guard.

So come on guys/gals. Try it and have making up an attack.

Son Conan

Gomu Gomu Drill: Similar to Gomu Gomu Spear, except that he twists his legs together like a screw.

Gomu Gomu Gale: After taking a deep breath (like Gomu Gomu Balloon), Luffy then exhales, blowing his target away.

Gomu Gomu Top: Luffy twists his body around with his arms exteneded. He then lets go, spinning rapidly and hitting anything around him.

I think he's isn't able to twist any limbs once he stretches. (^.. holy mother..)

Gum Gum Merry-Go Ride - He stretches out both of his arms while his fists are open. He will spin around fast, and that will look like a blurring merry-go ride. If the enemy gets caught by the open hand of luffys, then luffy would grip onto their face and then quickly follow up with a Gum Gum Rocket. All luffy needs to do if he's not capable of doing the GGR move when the enemy is at his mercy is to walk back a few steps. That'll create a stretch enough to do a mediocre one.

I'd like to see him using a Gomu Gomu no double rifle.

GUM GUM MAUL- While Luffy airborne, he put his hands together. Next, he extends his arms way up in the air and jams his hands really hard on his opponent like he use a maul to hit a big metal nail.

Gomo-gomo-no Storm(horizontal style): Like the old Gomo-gomo-no Storm only this time he'll start off with Gomo-gomo-no Bazooka to stun his opponent giving him time to do finish his battle off with da' move

Gomu Gomu no Whirlpool- Luffy would strech his arm around his enemy and makes him dizzy then, uses Gomu Gomu no Bazooka to blst him away

GUM GUM HURRICANE- First Luffy do his Gum Gum Storm. After he unleashes a barrage of punches upon his opponent, he coils his arms and grabs an opponent. Then, he unwinds the coil and slams his opponent who would be spinning very fast hard into the ground.

Gomu Gomu no Guillotine(sp?) - Luffy stands on his hands, or supports himself on his back, on the ground, and puts his feet on the sides of his opponents neck. Then he extends his legs, lifting his opponent in the air, and slams them to the ground, face first.

I like the Gomu Gomu no Body Slam, I can see Luffy doing that

Buccaneer

Gomu Gomu nooo….. Jolt!
A powerful lunge back with one foot, then a quick lunge foward with the other, smashing the charging enemy with a counter punch.

Gomu Gomu nooo....Flicker!
A sharp, one handed version of the Gatling.

Gomu Gomu nooo...Grab!
As he dashes skyward, he quickly reaches out and snags the enemy's foot, causing them to trip.

Gomu Gomu Top: Luffy twists his body around with his arms exteneded. He then lets go, spinning rapidly and hitting anything around him.

That's already an attack. At least in Grand Battle Rush.

How about a Gomu Gomu no Hunger. He just swallows his enemies whole then slowly digests them. I don't think Luffy would have a big problem mastering this move.

Gomu Gomu no Quasi/Queue, he would go upside down and spin around on his hands like Sanji but he would also extend his legs to kick alot of people at one time.

GUM GUM CYMBAL- This would be kind of similar to devil^ ^kid's attack. First, Luffy puffs himself up a Gum Gum Balloon. Next, somehow Luffy use the air that he suck in and puts it into both of his hands. This will make his hands to be very big. Then, he spread his arms very far and brings them together (like if he clap a cymbal) either smashing his opponent's skull or use this attack to create a force blast that knock his opponent backward.

GUM GUM POP- This would be an suicidal attack and can only be accomplish if Luffy learns about chi and how to use it. Anyway, Luffy would build up alot of energy first. Last, Luffy would do his Gum Gum Balloon and finally pop causing a huge explosion.

Gomu Gomu No Bell- Luffy grabs onto something High up and we swings himself like a big bell. And he can say DING-DONG while he's at it

GUM GUM COSMIC HANDS- First, Luffy rubs his hands together very fast. After that, he stops rubbing his hands and finds them to be VERY, VERY,VERY HOT. Then, Luffy unleashes a fury of elongated hand slaps. This attack would be very useful for Luffy if he fights Aokiji again.

gomu gomu trap: luffy does a similar version of fusen but a little less pumped and when a person punches him he catches the hand in his stomatch and traps the guy making him vulnrable to luffy's attack(man if id say it it would sound better)

Buccaneer

The thing is, with Luffy's powers, he's like rubber. His stretching ability depends on snaps, so he can't stay extended or shift his shape for extended periods of time. He also has no direct control over what shape he takes, like Mr. Fantastic does.

Gomu Gomu no Heartbreak
Cocking back like with Rifle, he releases a turn punch so hard that his hand coils. It hits the left side of the opponent's chest, temporarily imobilizing them.

Gomu Gomu no Bomb
Luffy concentrates all his power and rolls up into a ball.
Then he explodes in all directions with gatlingX10.

GUM GUM COSMIC FEET- This would be similar to Gum Gum Cosmic Hands, but Luffy would rub his feet together instead of his hands. This can also be good against Aojiki.

GUM GUM MONKEYBALL- Luffy curls into a ball and bounce around. While he's bouncing around, he's also spinning his body. As Luffy bounces hard off the ground,he'll push himself towards his opponent that will have a great impact on him/her. It would feel like if someone was hit very hard with 1 of those blue rubber balls in the face.

I have two -
Gumu Gumu Parachute - when Luffy is in the air he streches his body as flat as he can so that he can glide down safely.

Gumu Gumu Jackhammer - Luffy grabs the enemy with his legs and wraps them around them then he grabs something really high up in the air and hangs on and slams the enemy down on the ground repeatedly.

GUM GUM COBWEB- This would be similar to Gum Gum Net. But, Luffy would also extend all of his toes and weave them like a cobweb. This would work even better if Luffy rub some sticky stuff on his hands and feet.

GUM GUM STATIC RIFLE- This would be the same as Gum Gum Rifle. But Luffy would first have to rubs hands very hard on his wool shirt(if his shirt's wool). This would cause static electricity.

This is kinda stupid but a Gomu Gomu no "wrap" might do Luffy will stretch his body and shape it like a blanket. Then he can cover and wrap the enemy around, thus making the enemy unable to move.

XD I know I am not creative… Some nice attacks some of you have thought of.

GUM GUM CANNON- This would be similar to Gum Gum Bazooka, expect he use his legs. Luffy turns upside down, uses his hands to hold himself up. Then, he stretches his legs way in back of him, the lets go.

Yeah, I understand what you mean devil^ ^kid. It's sneaky, but cool. How about this.

GUM GUM WARRIOR- First, Luffy kneecap his opponent very hard in the stomach. Then, he extends his arms way up in the air, then let's go and delivers a very hard karate chop at that pressure point.(if you know what I mean)

I got the idea of this attack from a yoga pose called the warrior.

gomu gomu snake luffy extends his arms on the groun while the other person tries to attack him and then when the guy stops luufy extends his arm pulls the guy strong to the ground.

GUM GUM BUTTERFINGERS- Luffy stretches his fingers like if was doing his Gum Gum Shield. But, he release his fingers 1 at a time causing his fingers to whip his opponent very hard.

GUM GUM COSMIC BAZOOKA -This attack would be similar to Gum Gum Cosmic Hands. Instead of Luffy unleashing a fury of hand slaps, he would do his Gum Gum Bazooka sending his opponent flying away while he/she is burning up.

I had the same idea as in your Gum Gum Scream, devil^ ^kid. I would of call it Gum Gum Siren instead, but that's cool.

GUM GUM MISSILE- Luffy knocks his opponent in the air with a Gum Gum Bazooka. Then, shoots himself in the air by doing Gum Gum Rocket charging into his opponent very hard and fast.

gomu gomu slingshot- luffy grabs two trees and forms a ball shape then relases his hands and destroy the oppe=onent (the same as rocket but he forms a ball shape)

GUM GUM THUNDER KICK- While Luffy is up in the air, he delivers a powerful diving kick to his opponent that make the impact of the kick to sound like thunder.

GUM GUM GAIA SLIDE- Luffy doing a sliding kick on the ground toward his opponent that so powerful it breaks the ground while he's sliding.
