Okay, so while waiting for the class to end during school (after finishing a test), I fell asleep.
You know how Usopp has no offical bounty, well, I had a thought, that the crew ,exculding him and maybe Chopper, were captured, for their bounties. Usopp, if he does change, would raid the building, and free the others. And would finally get a bounty in his name.
I guess I'm a bit too into OP after dreaming about it.
Anyway, I guess it's a bit stupid, but w/e. 
after enies lobby, i was hoping that they would give usopp a 1 million B. bounty and that sogeking would get a huge bounty (which he did)
that when he faces a foe thats really hung up on bounties ( like in mock town)
that he suddenly changes from 1M b. Usopp to 30M.b Sogeking
(that would kick ass )

Yes, the bounties may play such roles in the future.
Plus, Sanji can get mocked a little for his funny picture. Ah, Sanji, will you ever win? Oh wait…
I'm confused, a thought that only Sogeking received a bountry, not Ussop himself.
Time to go read the chapter when the bountries were shown again.
Usopp was not given one which is the point. Usopp is not being looked for and is not recognizable by marines. He can get away with sneaking around.
Well, the way I see it, it's possible for Usopp, Chopper, and MAYBE Sanji to go out in public. Usopp is obvious, Chopper has his human form, and Sanji's picture might be bad enough that he could avoid recognition if he doesn't try to call attention to himself.
For the others, there would probably have to be some disguises used if they were to avoid recognition. Possible, but probably not likely.
As far as them getting arrested goes, maybe, but Usopp's probably going to take the back seat for a little while while the rest of the crew tries to grab the spotlight.
