Well, I know an extension/add on for people who use Firefox.
It's called StumbleUpon and with a click of a button, it takes you to a random site that is amusing/funny/interesting.
You can also use tags with it, for examle: If the Tag is "One Piece" then it takes you to a random site that has to do with OP. Same goes for Humor, Photography, Flashes, Online Games, and yes, even Porn. >P
You can spend hours with it- and it's also the reason I found Arlong Park. :]

You get the picture, I goto other places but…really, everywhere I go is boring. I wish we could see the internet for what its worth everyday..I've been bored as of late. XD

Other great sites are penny-arcade.com and vgcats.com if you haven't seen these comics already.

RottenTomatoes is a pretty crappy site. I don't want to read a bunch of hypercritical opinions from people with sand in their collective vagina.
Wikipedia is a good time-killer. Just go to the Wiki of an anime, videogame, or book series with a lot of in-depth information and start reading.
