Seriously though, no idea. It'll probably be easy to say, so I doubt it'll be "King of Beasts" as they takes a bit too long. "Lion King" would work but I just don't like it. I guess we'll have to wait until Oda gives it a name.

I like the name "Beast King". It has a better ring to than "King of all Beasts" at least. But isn't the name already set as "King of all Beasts", or is that just what Iceburg was tentatively calling it? Whatever. I like the new ship.

When Going Merry was introduced, the name was said right off the bat by Merry. Iceburg called it "The King of All Beasts", so unless Luffy decides to rename it (Which he might), that's the name. Maybe Franky gave it a didn't name, but if he did, he hasn't said it yet.
And if Oda called it Lion King he'd get sued.

We know the name isn't "King of Beasts", but until another name is given, that is the de-facto name. It's like when a ruler is assassinated in a country. The chancellor gets the job until a new ruler is named. So until we get another name, it is "King of the Beasts".

I know that Iceburg was explaining that to be Pirate King you need a King of Beast ship and that the official name isn't "King of Beasts" but that's all we got until now
So "King Of Beast" it will be until a new name appears

As I said in the 438 spoiler thread, Luffy's boat in the original Romance Dawn was named the Märchen, which is Germen for Fairy Tale. Since we've already seen Luffy's grandfather from the original Romance Dawn appear, perhaps Oda will reuse Märchen as well.

It occurs to me that unless it happened out of frame, the new ship has not even been christened yet. A christening ceremony is to be held before a new ship sets sail the first time. Superstition dictates that this is a very unlucky omen.

Well, it should be something freaked out. Oda is getting pretty conventional in some ways while being an arbitrary shock-bastard in story these days.
He designs a poo-dull ship (probably will be dark brown in the color spreads) and yet has Franky's ass and member hangin' all over Water 7, Robin fondling cock, and Zoro-Luffy becoming abject bastards toward Usopp for no real reason.
What next, Oda? What next? goes into that root cellar again
