Someone on Yotsuba pointed me in the direction of this series, and I must say, it's very entertaining! It's written by Kazurou Inoue, and apparently, it's a one-shot spin-off of a fictional story from Midori no Hibi (I wouldn't know, since I have read no titles from this author).
It's a pretty straight-forward story; the protagonist, Tetsuo Samejima, current holds the title of "strongest fighter" in his whole area. His mother was a yakuza-ish dojo head, who instructed over a hundred students and was outrageously strong. She died when Tetsuo was seven, and so Tetsuo's father, Aoi Samejima, decided to carry on the dojo without her, in hopes of building it up into a famous and honored school.
However, as it turns out, Aoi isn't one's average father; although he's thirty eight years old, he's got the body of an eight year old girl (thus making him a shota). It turns out that Tetsuo became "strongest" not out of his own drive, but by beating up all of his mother's former students to drive them away from preying on his father.
The series is only three chapters long (thus far), but it's absolutely hillarious and looks really great. I'd advise anyone who is in the market for martial-arts manga or silly fetishes to check it out.
