Indeed, I love this show. Some of the episodes get a little repetitive, but it still manages to be funny. I saw one episode of the English version, too, and was pretty impressed.

I've got the first two DVDs. The episode with Mechazawa getting turned into a fridge is the funniest one so far IMO. I'm sorry, but the humming episode annoys the crap out of me.

Hayashida's mohawk amuses me greatly. Especially when it grew to be about three feet long in…I forget which episode. :lol: The thing has a mind of its own, I swear...

I'm loving this series but something is bugging me. On the dub they keep saying if you want to know why Kamiyama ends up at Cromartie, read the manga…does it actually say in the manga why he ended up there?

Yesterday I decided to give the show a 2nd chance, only this time I decided to SKIP the pencil eating dude, which is the reason I couldn't bare to watch any more (that scene was too ridiculous for me).
Now I love this show. BTW why is Mechazawa so popular, besides being voiced by Norio Waka-bitch and dominate her is my-moto?
