Actually, after seeing it, I rather like it now. I liked the juxtaposing of Luffy and Zoro struggling to break free. It looks like the 4 Straw Hats in Water 7 are reunited again. Think Paulie will somehow save them from the bridge collapsing? I think we'll now definitely see the 5 of them head off to Eneas Lobby.

aqua laguna was verry damn impressive, amazing how powerful water can look. -
Kind of disappointing that there was no Sanji, but the Aqua Laguna is cool as hell. Nami sure was right that they become stronger when they know what must be done. Luffy toppling the two buildings after hearing about Robin was so awesome. I still want to know Zoro's story of his trip down the chimney though.

A mediocre chapter. This was a total Dragon Ball chapter. "YOU'LL NEVER MAKE IT!" shouted countless times. Granted Oda obviously separated it because he couldn't fit both what he has planned for next week and in this week but it still sucks when they have to resort to that garbage.
I read through some parts of ooshi's translation and it looks quite good so enjoy.
Dunno if anyone mentioned this but the splash page title is "Colors Trap Yellow-Green of Friendship: Let me ride you"

Thanks for the translation Ooshi but can you also put names of an character who spoke these lines you translated so it'll be easier for those who did not yet read or understand the scan.
Finally it's out, I did not had the chance to read the scan because I went to my library to download the scans, but the computers were broken down! Now here I am, in a bus station downtown waiting for the North Acadmy bus to arrive and go all the way home, when I get home I will download the chapter and give comment

WOW, looks like the spoiler that oceanizer put was correct. I don't know how the guy knows the story but it was on the spot.
Anyway, another great chapter in this amazing arc. FINALLY, the StrawHats are coming together as four on the land finally met with each other and three are on the train. Since the last chapter it has been shown that the boys of StrawHats never lost their cool.
Can;t wait to see what Luffy & the rest will do next

Well, the content was summed up already by the spoiler and not much happened. Still, I liked that Luffy finally became more active again and that he did not need a lot of people to drag him out.
I liked also that Zoro can feel the presence of his swords because he needs to get some special abilities to not become boring. I just wonder whether he needed Kitesu to get out and could not have done it with another sword or he just could not take another one of his swords when he got stuck.
As I already mentioned, I like it that Miss Goldenweek shows her competence.

umm, i skipped some of the various 'ohhs and ahhs…" i'm pretty sure all the dialog is in there. if someone else want's to put the names in there i have no problem with it. being at work, doing it a page at a time was the easiest way (and probably the fastest way for you guys to get your fix). it probably doesn't match stephens translations either cause i don't really read his (or anybody else's) so if i'm refering to things differenty, well... too bad. you can wait for stephens' translation.

They've been posted almost every week. It's something that's been coming out for about as long as I can remember. Unlike fake chapters, they tend to be the real deal. That's why I won't even take a chance reading them. They tend to ruin the whole weekly wait.

Sigh…The chapter was cool and all, and Aqua Laguna kicked ass, as well as Luffy and Zoro's escapes but...Back in the old thread we were all natural disaster + Straw hats in danger + Nami in the vicinity = Nami's moment to shine. I'd really have liked that, instead of her just running up and crying.
I was pretty surprised by that - she cried more than when Luffy fought Usopp, and I didn't think she cared so much for Robin. Also, I've never taken it as if Robin is going to let herself be killed to save the strawhats, but perhaps I've just missed a central point somewhere.

[snapback]30543[/snapback]**Well, I'm sure that anyone would cry if they knew someone just sacrificed everything he/she had to save them. It's a very natural and logical reaction for Nami, especially since the StrawHats have doubted Robin before.
As for Nami running to Luffy I'm sure she knows that she can't defeat CP9 by herself which is why she needs her nakama. Besides, without Nami's dramatic explanation, Luffy may not be able to break those buildings apart :P
