You called him "Zolo" in the thread title. You might wanna fix that.
Anyways, "Three Thousand Worlds" is pretty sweet.
-
It's kinda hard to see the difference in most of 'em, since we usually don't see them, so much as we see a flash or something, then his "finished" stance.
-
Eh, lay off him for the "Zolo" thing.
My favorite is either Tatsumaki, Karasumagari, or 108 Pound Cannon.
-
I heartily love Oni Giri, Sanzen Sekai (which is my AIM sn), Shishisonson, and all four cutting wave attacks (especially the newest combo attack, Gomu Gomu 300 Pound Cannon). I really can't decide, but I'll just go with the Three Thousand Worlds.
Edit: No one likes Hyaku-Hatchi? Damn shame. I hope someone picks it SOMETIME.
Edited Edit: Yay! Two votes!
-
The Karasumagari and Taka Oni Giri are my favorites. I think about the suckiest move Zoro has is the Tora Gara (Tiger Hunting Prey). It just seems so damn idiotic to me.
-
Whoa, whoa. I liked the Tora Gari. Maybe not his best technique, but when he used it against Mr. 1 in a combo strike, it was damn fine.
-
Tatsumaki is easily the coolest, imho, but it's still not my favorite.
Hey, I liked the Tora Gari! I've an affinity for tigers, so…
But I'll have to go with Sanzen Sekai...
-
My vote goes to Three thousand worlds.
-
Hmm, I like most of his attacks, but I also like Sanzen Sekai.
And Gazami Dori. And Oni Giri. And the Wave Attacks. And Ushibari.
-
Three Thousand worlds and Oni Giri, Hands down.
-
Eh, lay off him for the "Zolo" thing.
It IS Zoro. Deal with it.
Sanzen Seikai is friggin awesome.
-
both names are acceptable so u will just have to learn to live with it if he chooses to say zolo,
and whats the big deal its just one fucking letter thats been changed.
but back on topic Three Thousand worlds is the coolest move byfar :D
-
eh, i only know the jap translations, i have no idea how the 4kids version sound like.
-
Maybe people should deal with the fact that the name Oda gave him IS Zoro, and if they're watching the anime version with the name Zolo, they are missing out on a whole lot of stuff. The only exception is the US SJ, but they used Zoro for two years prior, anyway.
Whatever. It's like the Serena/Usagi thing. Everyone has their preference, and in this case from what I know there are legal reasons for the change. (In the US SJ, anyway, dunno about 4Kids…dun care.)
As for Zoro's moves, Oni Giri and Tatsumaki are my favorites.
-
could you explain to me what you would miss ? i cant see what you would miss storywise just cause the character is called Zolo instead of Zoro ?
or prehaps i just misunderstood you i probably did :P -
the one i liked is yaki oni giri it was the best. he looked so cool in it

I didn't mean you'd miss anything JUST because he's called Zolo instead of Zoro. However, if you watch the 4Kids anime version, they change so many ridiculous things. For example, Kuina didn't die, she just went to the hospital. That's a pretty big story change ^_^*
The exception, as I said, is someone reading the US Shonen Jump, because they recently started using Zolo as well, but they don't edit like the anime does.

wow ,English chanel of 4kids did change alot things … lucky that i watch the Japanese version (but chinese sub) at least it's not worse than 4Kids Sub and Story ...
anyway .. Kakahach Pondour Hoah
-
Tiger Hunt has always been my favorite
too bad Zoro's using less and less of his older moves -
ShiShi SonSon rocks, because cutting steel rocks!
-
Dude…Mutouryu tatsumaki was genius.
