I've yet to meet someone who has fun when another player spams to win.
Meet 'em all the time. Of course, they tend to not be casual players.
Casual fighting game players, in general, easily get pissed at that kind of stuff. "STOP USING HADOKEN IT'S SO CHEAP". These are the same players that play Jump! Ultimate Stars and insist on banning over half of the assists in the game; an assist can be "cheap" if it somehow has an advantage of their team. If Usopp was a real person, people would rag on his ass for being "cheap and unfair", since all he does is fire projectiles at you all day.
Players that play a game more seriously don't mind it at all, unless they just have a bad temper. They tend to realize that they have several options:
- Stop playing the game.
- Learn to get around the strategy [which can be extremely fun, in itself].
- Realize that, unless it's some kind of game breaking attack, it's their own fault for falling victim to the spamming.
