Kind of old news. It's been on Cartoon Network for like the past 2 months.

I'm British. I have limited knowledge of television things in Ameriland. I've only just learnt it now.
I guess they couldn't keep thinking up songs, since that's all the movies eventually became.
All I see is a website promoting a new DVD; where is there talk of this TV series?
…
And it's on CN? ?_?
NOOOO!
and there is already 14-15 movies… there doesn't need to be a tv show of the same thing!
I was unaware of a tv series. I knew they had something like 10-11 sequels…More than any horror movie series that I can think of...But it would make sense to be on CN, as CN is for animated series...and LBT is...well...Animated. Not that I wouldn't mind seeing my avatar lady grab Littlefoot next...
@Beautiful:

Actually, the songs appearently have songs in them aswell. Every episode has at least one song. It's Sonic Underground all over again.
Yeah, the series is on Cartoon Network on the weekday mornings. I find myself looking at it for about 5 seconds until The Daily Show comes on.
The series died for me at part 4.
i have only one thing to say about this
!
it seems ive been saying this alot lately
…there is way too many of them. It is almost up to friggin Bond for christ sake in all their movies.
At least most Bond movies are good.
movie one was beautiful…the rest was meh....
groan
Why did they have to ruin the concept with all these cheap sequels in the first place. I loved the original movie and prefer to believe nothing else exists.
Still waiting for the special unedited widescreen DVD release With the full footage of the T-Rex fight that apparently was too scary for children.
Yeah, I knew of this when I got cable back and they air commericials.
Thing is, LBT doesn't give me a "popular" feel. Yet look at how much of it is made…
There's 2 major issues with their marketing scheme.
First we have more than 10 movies. Just to watch the series you felt like you were collecting something, sorta like finding 15 action figures. The series died, and become uninteresting to anyone older than 5 after a few sequels. People younger than five don't care about movie plots anyways, they just watch them because they like to see the same characters make the same jokes and almost get killed over and over.
Next, is the advertising itself. I saw the add twice. And you know what they did? They had a ton of kids, not even old enough to be in the 1st grade, sometimes not even school at all, saying "Hey, there's a new series! It's for kids, like you and me!"
That's my cue to back off ask no more questions, and forget it exists.
The first movie was great but the rest were meh… I have seen a few minutes of the show, Its like the movie only shorter....
Little Foot needs to get laid and become Big Foot already.
^Who, with Sarah the triceratop? I thought she was a boy at first. Took me 4 sequels to get it right.
No, not Sarah. I don't wanna imagine that bitch after getting laid.
I kinda have an idea for an end movie of LBT where Little Foot is like the main leader of the Dinosaur group, and all his freinds went seperate paths after they grew up.
Anyway, the Great Valley is dying (this time no chance of it's plants ever reviving) and so Little Foot or…...Big Foot leads everyone to find a new place to live anyway he meets the son of Cera/Serah whose the complete opposite of her when she was young and he goes like teachin' him to be tough and shit and...blah blah blah.
In the end they find the Grand Valley where after a few weeks the meteor that killed all the dinos crashes at the Grand Valley and everyone dies happily ever after.
Of course this movie will include T-Rex and Raptors killing shit and what not.
I propose that in the next movie or TV series, Freeman-12 lay off the nose candy.
They could really just split the movies into half-hour segments and make a whole damn series out of it.
I take comfort in the fact that all the dinosaurs died horribly and will never, ever come back.

lol u do realise the LF getting laid with sarah is exactly same as a dog getting laid with a bird
^ well, it's more of a iguana and a chameleon doing it, really.

Oh, I was joking, where's the sarcasm bar….

Dinosaurs kick ass, they just were never used very well in american media IMO.
The only time I recall dinos kicked ass was in Dino Crisis. I've never plaeyd DC3, but Dinos killing shit and what not IS WHAT DINOS ARE SUPPOSED TO FREAKING DO!
Chang kills stuff plenty.

I like dinosaurs as well, but I'm glad they're dead because we would have evolved differently, different ecosystems, dinosaur suffragettes etc would happen.
EDIT:
Ahem.
If dinosaurs were still alive we would have a reptilian equivalent of several pussy weak "pure-breed" poodles.
Those bred species were meant to die and die hard.
Ah I see :P. hamburger helper

Or maybe lizards/birds?
they actually made a series???
I only enjoyed the first and second movies..the rest werent so amazing to me…
yeah this comes as news to me as well. I remember hearing something about a while back about it being on Cartoon network or something, not that i'll be watching it or anything… :ninja:
Little Foot needs to get laid and become Big Foot already.
Oh my God, you just killed part of my childhood.
Or maybe lizards/birds?
Some French asshole might decide to breed dinosaurs and make them hot pink with flashy red and yellow spots with candy cane striped nailsand then those pitiful excuses for dinosaurs would become a world phenomenon like anorexia.

I skimmed through Wikipedia and the episodes sound pretty cheesy.
Who the heck is Ruby?
I loved the first movie, and liked the other four too, that I saw. I liked to watch them with people and point out all the mistakes:
"Actually, those dinosaurs lived during different times, and on different continents!"
"Pteranodons were not dinosaurs!"
Ya know Pants-eater's reply gave me a deja vu of sorts, then when I went ot my room, I found my bro playing Cadillacs and Dinos and understood the Deja vu.
…and I somewhat agree with Pants-eater's post in a way...
