Did hawk eye mihawk eat a cursed fruit? He seems like he did.
Hawk Eye Mihawk?

No, he didn't.
I'm assuming you are new to the series?

Quick! Before the flamers come, rid yourself of the dub and read one piece here! http://groups.msn.com/onepiecemangav-2

While it was never conclusively proven that he did, it has yet to be proven that he did not. DF users don't give off any sort of nifty 'aura' by which their use of the Fruit of the Devil is made manifest. The only way that the reader ever learns whether or not someone ate a DF is if someone mentions the fruit that they ate, or that they confirm it themselves. For the record, Mihawk has neither confirmed nor denied the use of a DF. However, given that he sails the Grandline by himself in a one-man coffin shaped boat, it is doubtful that he has a DF power; most DF users keep a few loyal hands to drag them out of the sea if they get tossed overboard in a storm.

Correction, we don't know if he did. I'm really hoping he didn't though. And it seems unlikley at this point.

Just because someone is ridiculously strong it doesn't mean that they have eaten a devil fruit. Look at Zoro for instance. All his strength comes from the fact that he's constantly training his body and trying to improve, the same goes for Sanji and every other character in the series who is strong regardless of not having devil fruit abilities.
Before I go any further have you only seen the english version of the series and nothing else? If so then you might want to catch up with the translated scanalations of the manga that nguyen provided because this forum is FILLED with spoilers of all the arcs the english version of the manga and anime haven't covered yet. -
Are you indeed new to the series? I'd also suggest you try youtube for the subbed episodes, much much much better then the dub, trust me
