So I saw the ending again and I was wondering what the ending actually meant.
When they meant it's only the begining does that mean that the world ends and begins again like in a circle? Would that explain how Kiba knew her because she find this one and such??
About Wolf's Rain.

When they meant it's only the begining does that mean that the world ends and begins again like in a circle? Would that explain how Kiba knew her because she find this one and such??Basically what you find out is that our world is another Paradise that Kiba opened, that's why Kiba was shown dead in the very beginning of the series, in it's introduction. Every time a new paradise opened, it was a step closer to the survival of the human race, and that humans necessarily "created" from wolves, but that they were agents from the true paradise, sent down to protect the human race from demons, that were their prey (watch ep 27 and the ep 20 they explain the past more thoroughly in those eps). Darcia was the representation of corruption in each new paradise, that's why his eye poisoned that one lunar flower.
The world doesn't go in a cycle, it's goes in a moving loop, Kiba was "the chosen" wolf that ended up reseting the world every time there was too much corruption in the world. The ending symbolizes that it's unknown exactly what our fate is. Kiba was reborn again, but this time as a human, meaning that he can't enter paradise again and probably doesn't need to, but at the same time Darcia's wolf eye completely corrupted this world by poisoning that one lunar flower, which would spread to the other lunar flowers that make up this world.
Basically BONES makes a lot of these Deus Ex Machina type endings. Just look at Eureka Seven and FMA anime. IE, the world in ES was actually earth and in FMA our world is connected to their world
