I don't know who's who, but I liked My Sassy Girl. She's HOT <3
-
I don't watch Korean movies a lot, but I'm a big fan of Chan-Wook Park. My favourite Korean movies are "Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance" and "A Tale of Two Sisters".
-
My sassy Girl is from Jae-young Kwak. If you liked it, try "Classic" and
"Windstruck". Those are nice movies too from the same director :DI'd also recommend : "3 Iron" (Kim ki-duk) , "Old boy" , "A romance of their own",
"Samaria" ans so many more  -

I saw one Korean movie on IFC once called "Nowhere to Hide" it was subbed and was a cop drama with some anime-ish action scenes (speed lines, stand-offs with fists) it was pretty sweet. Then it came on again on another movie channel so I tapped it. B)

It looks interesting :) I should give a try if i can find it ….
BTW, what does IFC stand for ?

Save the Green Planet & My Sassy Girl were my favourite films of 2003 & Old boy has to be one of my favourite, if not my favourite films of all time.
Chan-wook Park is such a talent director, JSA is another great film of his. Speaking of Korean flicks, I've been hanging out to see Spider Forest & Silmido. Anyone seen these yet?
-
I watched them both. I didn't like Spider Forest nor Silmido.
I haven't watched Save my Green Planet though… What kinda of movie is it ?
-
Oh, man… well think of Old boy meets the X-files meets Men in Black. It's really quite funny, yet disturbingly dark & depressing. Hard to explain in words really, trust me... you've gotta see this for yourself.
-
I'll give it a try if I ever can find it :/
Just finished watching "Some". I found it quite interesting, good thriller
movie, nice car races (not way too much exagereted), nice story ! -
i saw one called Conduct Zero that was pretty good

Can't really tell from that ^^; Sorry.
As for Korean drama, I heard Winter Sonata is good, or at least it was very popular in Japan. So many Yon-sama worshippers.
