watching the finale so I can complain more. Because that's the nature of an X-fan I guess pure unbridled masochism
X-Men The Animated Series is being revived!

So Charles and Erik fake flashback was supposed to happen when exactly? And why there are in labcoats?
That's not how an EMP works.
I say I say that the people that volunteer to whatever anti mutant group and or experiments Bastion's org indeed choose to be slaves to hate.
I don't like they keep treating Maddie simply as "the clone", she was her own person and Cable's mother. Jean is merely the step one.
In it's racism Bastion speaks more truly about humanity (at least the section of the people that do tend to write X-men books) than Charles ever did. "Humanity rather go extinct than have children like us." And I think the pletora of white supremacy litarature is a good exemple of that.
Cool nod to Forge's allegedly Claremont's name Daniel Lone Eagle.

He didn't do an EMP, he disrupted the entire planet's magnetic field by messing with the poles, creating sort of an ongoing EMP effect.. but mostly was going to cook the planet because it no longer had protection from solar radiation.

Oh, wow, that final episode was something...
-
the best thing Marvel pulled out in a while, worthy a watch even though it has a ton of pacing issues and the story telling is hit and miss a bit. I hope Marvel nosedive into the animation field, the potential is HUGE. and I do believe it was a hit with the intended audience...
-
I liked it. Yeah, the pacing a bit frantic (but then so was the original cartoon) and Bastion was kinda "whatever" as a villain, but I still had a lot of fun. Also kind of a bummer that they keep having to revert to the status quo, but that's comic book superheroes for ya.
-
Is Bastion stronger than Nimrod in the comics?
-
By way of Wikipedia seemingly Bastion.
Whose also a in part a Nimrod unit.

Despite how much I disliked the final episode, I instantly went on to check on the comics (it's probably over a decade since I last read anything related to X-Men).
So, yeah, even with those who had their issues with it, it seems to have done its job. -

You beat me.

Details are coming out about why the showrunner Beau DeMayo was fired.
Disney was trying to stay silent on it, but he's raising a fuss, so... details are coming out.
You can probably guess what those details are, you don't fire a showrunner a week before a series airs unless its really bad.
They did not want him doing interviews or having his name attached to anything when this came out, he's not in the behind the scenes special or anything and NONE of his co-workers defended him.
Also worth noting this is apparently the third series he's been fired from.
This is why I was NOT on the bandwagon for all the people saying "rehire him!" because it was super obviously going to be something like this.
-
Well funny video is not what I was expecting to bump this up considering Douche DeMayo finally goaded Disney enough for them to out why he was fired.
-
Supposedly he’s going to “tell the real story”.
