The anime shot just looks like tryhard “look at us we totally did something awesome no biggie” posing compared to the manga’s much more casual “okay that didn’t take long what now” vibes that impressed the alliance so much.
also the sound design is terrible

I feel like they were going for something different in the anime cuz right after that group shot it gets undercut by Nami, Usopp, and Chopper saying good job cuz they did nothing. I figured that was the gag.
Bruh, hands down, the One Piece Anime right now, is superior to the manga in every single way.

Huh, weird. I hadn't pegged the fight as being over at all. I got more "Shut up and let's get serious" vibes from Jinbe's big hit than any sort of expectations in it being over. It wouldn't surprise me at all if Who's Who stays up, shakes it off, and makes a bet with Jinbe, gambling "My information about your captain's fruit for any information you have on the sun god." on whichever one of them can win their fight.
As it is, I don't really feel like putting much thought into the sun god stuff until we hear from someone who doesn't sound like they're just a rambling crazy conspiracy nut.

If it would be just the punch in the face I would agree that it's not necessarily over, but looking at the big picture:
1. They fought for some chapters with minor updates (Jinbe beating up his crew, WW going through Full Zoan & Human mode).
2. WW already anounced he would fight seriously the moment he entered Hybrid mode.
3. Jinbe didn't just punch his face, he broke his fingers and his wrists. WW is heavily handicapped if he would get back up.
4. Oda dedicated roughly 1 full chapter to their fight, if we count half of last chapter and the previous updates on their clash. That's the regular battle length for non-Luffy Straw Hats, and to be honest pure luxury in this war. Personally I would LOVE more, but that's just super greedy.
5. The Nika stuff demands attention, but it wouldn't surprise me if Oda just wanted to make the most of the pages. I mean we're at a point where everything has to be viewed with the end of the series in mind, he can't afford to be super wasteful anymore and "only" deliver a cool Jinbe fight. He needs to throw some breadcrumbs while he's at it.
I just wonder who or what will occupy Jinbe now, that could be an argument. Because he's basically unscathed (for Jinbe standards) and no one else is free to take him. Maybe he could join Law & Killer vs Big Mom, or deal with the remaining Numbers?
If Who's Who had shown any capability of endangering or overpowering Jinbe during the fight, I'd say he would have a chance to keep fighting. But, considering Jinbe was basically untouchable and the only attack that harmed him was later completely useless when he got angry, I feel this is it for Who's Who. Whatever role WW still has in the arc, it's not meant to be fighting Jinbe.
Currently, I'm guessing CP-0 will come for Who's Who, and Drake will get involved somehow. There's small hooks laid out previously between Drake and both WW and the presence of CP-0 in Wano, and I doubt Apoo will be Drake's fight. (Come on, Oda, give us Apoo vs Brook)
I like that the anime has one really solid episode with one solid director every six months and folks act like its always top notch quality.
It absolutely jumped at Wano with their new staff and lineart filters, its way better than it was even as recently as Cakeland, but it still slows the momentum to a crawl most of the time. Big highlights are cool but they're not the whole show.
How they handle a solid year of fighting and action is a much better tell than when they just have to show off for about a minute once every couple episodes.
Someday when they do One Piece Kai though and cut the length in half? That'll be something.

Jimbe might look and act unscathed, but he took/tanked a lot of hits. I could see him just pushing through and acting strong till Who's Who is down and him falling down exhausting afterwards aswell. Not unconscious just tired and needing rest.

Going to be honest, I don't know what any of this is supposed to mean.
Maybe I worded that weirdly, but I think the anime is trying way too hard to gain new viewers/returning ones with their overdone animation. As if the sign of a good anime is just the animation (it is not).
I forgot until now, but it irks me that Cipher Pol is blabbing about Who's Who knowing a secret, while in front of two Orochi or Kaido associates. Especially with one wearing that eye paper thing.
Though it's probably been long enough of time that WW could have already shared that info to at least Kaido. Or like one of the agents said, not important enough for the Wano residents.
