Sigh. Okay, it's not that I can't see a certain line of logic here, but it all kind of leaves me feeling =| . Kind of a short-lived card to play, if it was even a card, and given everything so far I think I can say pretty objectively it wasn't worth it, assuming you're telling the truth. And now you're trying to bring up the fact that you weren't killed N1 as significant? I hate that kind of meta crap (maybe because I've experience my fair share of "why isn't Foolio dead if he's a townie?"). And wouldn't this game, of all games, have the potential for people to survive despite being targeted? Though I certainly don't want to imply that I think there are multiple killers. Without evidence that sounds like a real stretch.
I'm most certainly not doing this and I think there's a misunderstanding here. I'm saying that, in the past, soft-claiming Townie has drawn a lot of frustrating attacks on me from the Town during the day. I wasn't interested in becoming that kind of target. But suddenly soft-claiming vanilla seems to be all the rage.
Seriously, I wouldn't even consider this a card. It's the hint of a shadow of a feint, not some grand strategy.
