Well, it's anime is getting a reboot now and it will be covering the entire manga this time around. I have to say I'm excited that the series is coming back to cover the stuff that haven't gotten animated during the original anime run (Rin and Kureno).

Oh my.
The first anime was so good. Can they replicate that?
-
I'm also hoping the new anime will be good as the original anime. Also I hope for the dub gets back most of the original english cast as they can for the series.
-
I feel that I've mostly passed the place in my life where I really loved anime in general, and shojo in particular, but Fruits Basket has many good memories for me, so I will be tempted.
-
They are going all out on the new Fruits Basket anime.
-
I never saw the original. Guess I'll wait for this one to come out.
-
Frist trailer for the new Fruits Basket is out.
-
Well the animation looks gorgeous, but it barely showed anything.
-
Some news about the English dub for the new Fruits Basket anime. Laura Bailey will be reprising her role as Tohru.
-
More news about the new Fruits Basket series English dub. Both Jerry Jewell and Eric Vale are reprising their roles as Kyo and Yuki from the original Fruits Basket anime.
–- Update From New Post Merge ---
John Burgmeier will be reprising his role as Shigure for the English dub of the new Fruits Basket
I'm really happy about. Since I enjoy his performance during the original Fruits Basket anime.
-
I just can't get excited for this. The first anime was already practically perfect.
-
But is there actual baskets of fruit?

New trailer for Fruits Basket is out.

I have watch the first two episodes of the new verison of Fruits Basket. So far, its great adaption of the manga so far. The first two episodes so far reminded me how much I enjoyed reading the manga back when the books first came out in english back in the early 2000's as well the original anime. Even with the new anime, Shigure continues to be my favorite character for the series.
! I can't wait for the next couple of episodes for the introduction of Kagura, Momiiji, and Hatori.
-
Just watch episode 5. I remeber this episode from the original anime. I like that they expanded on the part with Yuki and Kyo arrivaling to get Tohru back from her family. Since this is one of the first moments in the series, we start to see Kyo really cares for Tohru.
-
I loved episode 7! Tohru really knows a person's heart the moment she meets them
-
I think this was the best drawn and animated Episode so far. Tbh the Anime has been a letdown for me so far. Of course, it's Funimation, so I guess I expected too much. I never really saw much of the first Anime but I do think it's an improvement to it. But the Manga still is the best way for me to enjoy Fruits Basket. Not too happy how most important manga scenes got translated in the Anime, I don't see a lot of love in the Animation and style they chose. And I hate Tooru's voice with a passion.
I'll keep watching. If we get the same quality as with Ep7 I'm already happy.

I've watch all 3 seasons of the reboot and it's pretty good
