@Thatfruitydude:
First time poster long time lurker would be really interesting to know what missing from the color archive (sbs and ussopp pirate galleries). Captain M?
That would be all SBS and UGP pages for volumes prior to 69. These do not exist anywhere digitally and have to be scanned from physical volumes. This also includes some special endpages like promos for movies and the like, which can feature comments and sketches from Oda which are nice to see. Rips prior to the ones that sparked this line of discussion the other day lacked frontpages such as the inside title page, the recap and the table of contents for volumes prior to 71. These pages have since been retroactively added to the digital volumes on ebook sites, but obviously pirated rips don't update the same way. Volumes from 71 also include some pages at the end showing the spine, cover flap (including Oda's comment) and the sepia version of the cover from under the dust jacket of the physical book. These were updated into the older ones at the same time as the frontpages.
Finally, for a small but noticable thing, you see how on some of the blank pages, especially the right-hand side ones immediately after a colour spread, there's a little image in the bottom left from a panel in the volume, usually a close up of a main character or highlighting a Pandaman cameo? Well in the early, pre volume 71 rips, these are sepia-toned images from the black and white version. In the updated volumes they're in colour like all the rest.
Tianwuya's rips seem to include all the new frontpages, which is a great update, but it's likely whoever did the ripping for these just took them from the previews of the volumes on ebook sites. You have to actually buy the digital books to get the coloured highlight panels and the new endpages, which were in some but not all of the volumes there from what I saw, but I didn't check all of them.
Essentially, to get every page, someone with a mind to rip the series would have to purchase every colour volume up to volume 70 to get the newly coloured front, middle and endpages, and also find physical scans of every volume - which can be a difficult task as some are only available in this form in low quality, or in a state where the scanner only did pages up to the end of the last chapter in the volume, thus missing things like most of the UGP, the voice actor SBSs or movie/event promos that go after the last comic page of the book. These ones in particular are elusive enough that finding a physical copy of the volume to make a new scan from seems to be the only way to see them.

ALSO, and this is a pedantic one, digital volumes prior to volume 74 do not include, in any version, the text at the bottom of the last comic page saying in Japanse "end of volume whatever." Some might like this, since this text usually was in the last panel, on top of some of the art (on the very edge of the page, of course), but the inconsistency of 73 volumes lacking it and then it finally and permanently appearing is annoying to me.

I made a quick summary of the different versions published so far. Most colour rips we have use the original version, with the newer ones for the most part only adding the frontpages from the updated releases.
