! > Taking point and backing up other teammates is just basic combat. Had he given them each a simple task would be different. This is just everyone luckily working in tandem with quick decisions that paid off.
How is that remotely interesting?
Bakugou has not won a single fight against villains unlike Iida, Todoroki and Deku. That is a piss poor excuse. You're just a blind fantard.

Last one actually had tension and development between two parties. Which actually got to see how both sides improved and it wasn't a one sided match. This was just pathetic, not only was that tactics uninteresting the way how they hyped up a recommended student and then have her fail the next is just plain bad writing. And once again Bakugou is still a shitty character.
So let it be known everyone who defends or likes this match up is an idiot.
! @Crunky:
! > So none of them were defeated. Thanks for proving my point.
Stain was insanely stong unlike the LoV also evading is not the same as fighting.
None of them were main villains or strong. Try again.
! @Crunky:
! > No you still are quite dumb for liking this match.

Funnily enough I have not seen anyone legit give reasons why this is a good match. Hell the people praising it are known Bakugou fans who legit don't care about good battles, writing or story structure they just want to see their favorite character do cool stuff. But this stuff is embarrassing to witness. Shit like this that would have gotten slammed by any other shounen series gets praised here. Really says a lot about the people who reads this.
! @Crunky:
! > Experience can only take you so far if your opponent has the ins and outs on you it doesn't matter how much experience you have which is one of the points the arc was trying to convey well until this match-up given someone like Tetsu4 gave Todoroki trouble despite his quirk and experience just by ambushing him. The big problem with this match up is none of that is conveyed here.
At the expense of an interesting battle, character development, etc.
Yeah who needs character development and growth when you have a boring ass battle? Not Bakugou fans that's for sure.
! @Crunky:
! > I did. Several times.
Except this had nothing to do with experience since no one but Bakugou got to do anything. There was no reveal that Sero or Satou learned a new technique or what Jirou could do or any introspective through Class 1-B.
Which is not conveyed way at all since he hasn't changed at all.
Whelp now that I know who I' dealing with here your entire point is meaningless.

It does not matter how experienced you are you;re never going to prepared for the unknown. This match did not convey that as well as the other matches since it was one-sided and did nothing for the characters involved.
Nah, in fact because it was just 1.5 chapters it should have been skipped.
Something he did in USJ, Sports Festival, The Final Exam and The license exam? What the hell is wrong with people who like this piece of shit character? Do you not read the manga and can't understand why people don't like him?
! @Crunky:
! > Holy shit you got the characters wrong. I don't even need to continue because its clear where your attention is at.
How the hell do you think experience trumps all when it doesn't? You;re just talking out your ass now.
Guess what? He still isn't. He acted exactly the same way.
No because his attitude was shit he actually did display teamwork during that arc. And guess what? He still has a shitty attitude.
He did rely on him that's why they passed to begin with.
Yeah and he doesn't grow and he's not even the co-main character (that's All Might) since he hasn't been relevant for two years
That's only interesting if the growth is substantial and if the author does something interesting with the character in question which is not the same with Bakugou.
–- Update From New Post Merge ---
That's exactly what happened.
! @Crunky:
! > Can't say the same for someone who defends a bad character. You're just sad.
But he didn't act any differently than he did before, his intructions weren't even unique and none of the other characters got to do anything impressive. Hori just asspulled a victory out of nowhere to hype up Bakugou…again. No character grew in this match, nothing interesting happened in this match all it did is reiterate what we've seen about the character over and over and over and over and over and over again. This is why people don't like Bkaugou or his fanbase because you refuse to see people problems with the characters and still think its because he was a bully or an asshole its because Hori elevates his character for doing the bare minimum and doesn't actually improve his standings. If you compare this match up to the others you can see something is clearly off but you don't because you don't care about anything as long as Bakugou is on screen and this is what the fandom has become.
! @Crunky:
! > Nice generalization there.
He's also not a very compelling character, isn't allowed a legit failure and we're suppose to be happy he wins for some reason.
–- Update From New Post Merge ---
Nah because that's exactly what happened. I mean they were groups dedicated to spamming polls by getting multiple entries and other who admitted to voting for their favorite character multiple times and you're going to sit up here and say "nah it was legit". So you're just delusional
! @Crunky:
! > I expect no less from a Bakugou fan.
! @Crunky:
! > Almost sad this fanbase wants to to become another Fairy Tail. I guess interesting match ups and challenges aren't welcomed here with this kind of mentality.
