For trophies, is the spirit stickers have the same cheeky text, then I kinda welcome them? I mean they have the wind fish over there, I can't say no to my island whale God.
On the other hand, the burden of the trophies might have been not only modeling but the 11 languages. I mean like 300 of the trophies were taken from models of other things in the game, fighters, items, summons, stage elements, attacks. The slice of retro or from the ground up trophies that seemed to be in 4 was smaller than in past games, I feel.
I didn't think that the trophies were a bottleneck on development. But removing the descriptions seems to be like removing the Pokedex entries. I'll read them once but I still want them.
About spirits and world of light. They seem like two separate things, spirit battles seem to be like master orders, where you pick a challenge out of a set of six, while the world of light thing is the sse map like thing.
About mobile mechanics of time as a resource, random drops and the like, I'm willing to give em a spin. Less hyped about smash run stat building than the binary particular effects, like "go metal" or the like.
I am sad that we knew the base stage count since August, and didn't accept it.
It is weird that while they haven't started with the dlc fighters, they discounted Rex from the start. That makes me think that it is true that these were decided early and needed to jump legal hoops to secure, and can't back out of them. Many of the articles say that it is easier to split the money with third parties if it is piecemeal like this. Also the one leaker that was right still has one prediction hanging.
Meaning gen 8 and fe16 are out of the selection pool. Id call bullshit otherwise.
BTW, I missed tapu Koko on the pokeball section.
