How many people here have problems with insomnia?
I have a constant struggle with it, and I'm trying to fix that. Making sure to exercise for 90 minutes & drinking 80 oz of water each day helps a lot, but I still don't quite sleep normally.
There's an herbal supplement called Valerian root. It's a powerful sedative, and helps many people with insomnia, but my body reacts really wierdly to it, so I can't use that.
I'm going to start getting ready for bed at an exact time and see how that changes anything. It never quite worked in the past, but I wasn't exactly precise about it. XD
If anyone else does have issues with this, what have you done to try to fix it, if anything?
