"because she's cute, she's definitely not evil!"
thats just so naive and shallow. oda has dealt with tons of attractive female villains before, he usually had them square off against either nami or robin.
Mentioning how they only get paired up against female main characters in terms of full fights isn't exactly good, rather than demeaning. Dranza's not talking about how female villains never get defeated or hurt. Miss Valentine got defeated with two separate one hit KOs (the first time by Luffy and Zoro). And I think the same goes for Kalifa, but I might not be remembering that correctly. And he's depicted Robin getting physically abused by Spandam and Cosette's body having been beaten by Niji. An Luffy did rough up Vivi for a couple seconds.
The thing is though, in the subject of "beautiful" women in One Piece, he's never cared to depict them in a full fight against a male. The closest we've ever had is Alvida with that deep punch Luffy gave. But IN EVERY OTHER INSTANCE, "beautiful" females only get defeated with one hit KOs, abstract hax attacks, or somehow inhibited/knocked unconscious from emotional strain. This is why, say, we're never going to see the likes of Hancock or Bonney ever getting a fight where they actually struggle and get continuously wounded against a male opponent. Only brief encounters like Hancock versus Smoker or the aftermath of an off-panel fight like Bonney's capture at the hands of the Blackbeard Pirates. This is also extends to Zoro's fight with Monet in how he had Tashigi deal with her for most of the battle and only came in to deal the finishing blow. In character, of course Zoro (and Luffy) could care less if their opponent was a woman. Zoro only refuses to fight opponents who are definitively weaker without providing a proper challenge (and while that extends to Tashigi, it's also because she awkwardly reminds him of Kuina). However, with that generic faster-than-a-blink slash without any visible impact and literally scaring her into having her Devil Fruit Logia powers not work, it's explicit proof that Oda as a writer and artist does not like to depict beautiful females getting physically pushed in a fight with male characters.
If anything, those cases with Robin and Cosette seem to indicate that he only likes to save beatings towards "beautiful" women in order to make readers hate the villains even more. As if to almost say it's irredeemable when a "beautiful" woman specifically gets beaten. All of this is probably why he continuously chooses to have Sanji's chivalry never be confronted (although I am PRAYING that it changes with Pudding this arc. But I agree with Dranza that we'll most likely get a copout of her redeeming herself due to her flashback with sympathetic Big Mom and Lola) and altered for character development in a similar style to Usopp building up his confidence to overpower his cowardice in battles and Zoro willing to sacrifice his established pride when confronting both Kuma and Mihawk pre-timeskip. Because the only way he can vividly show Sanji getting character development on that front is explicitly showing him physically beat a woman. And at most, that's only possible with "ugly" women like Alvida and Big Mom if the situation ever arises. There's no way in Hell he's ever going to do it with a "beautiful" female like Pudding, although I would love to be proven wrong. Because we already saw him tested with that when it came to saving Robin's life in Enies Lobby against Kalifa as she could have held the keys to her cuffs. But nope, he took the loss and almost let himself, Robin, AND Nami get killed.
The only exception I could ever see with someone like Zoro fighting a "beautiful" female in a full in-depth match without hax, one hit KOs, or cheap emotional knockouts you would never see with a male antagonist is if he fights a Mulan-esque female warrior disguised as a man in Wano due to how sexist it's been established to be from Kin'emon's behavior, and probably before it's revealed to the audience that the opponent is a female (and they'll probably wear some sort of mask or armor to cover their face). But even that's a BIG if.
