I'm thinking on building a team with Doflamingo as a captain, Kaku, Hancock, Golden Pound Usopp (trying to farm a robber penguin…) + Luffy, maybe? I have tons of good QCK characters, like Killer or Jyabura.
I guess teams depend on who you're fighting.
You should try to put a different character as captain, since Doffy only boost slasher characters and none of those other characters are slashers.
Finally. Finally I loot a yellow robber penguin! I made my Usopp evolve into Golden Pound Usopp.
Now I'm focused on getting a Blue Lobster. Does anybody know where I can find one easily?

Ever since the socket books from Colosseum Im loving my Ray even more because now he can provide some real benefits. Your Rayleigh helps with that a lot. ;)

I'm using him for Butler's FN, but today is BB farming day so the star is Ener. Also sorry that my Ray isn't full socketed yet, but I couldn't farm much in the Colosseum with all the other content.
I'm good with the legends I have, but if I could ask for another one, it would be Lucci or Crocodile

I'm too lazy to farm raids and with my current teams I have to use at least 1 or 2 gems to beat most of them so in order to maximize Sugofest recruit pulls I don't fight them again after I acquire the raid character.
I'm following a somewhat similar approach in that I tend to first try to acquire one copy of the raid boss and try to level and evolve it before the raid returns. By that time I either find that I've gotten stronger and have a much easier time than previously in which case I will farm (well, focus on the raid, don't like to spend gems on stamina refills as I'm still low level) or I that I haven't in which case I will wait till next time. Aside from one or two times for the first copy I don't gem to get the raid boss either though. I definitely intend to max all raid bosses over time as they are some of the best units that I've seen so far. And "easiest" to increase specials and sockets.
I say that but still have a long way to go, haha. Can't wait for a max mihawk.

Congrats to you as well. I take it 600 days is basically the longest possible one could have played? Not sure why you'd say you are ashamed. Bad sugo luck is not really something to be ashamed for. Sometimes I wish they'd keep a running counter and that the probability to pull a good unit or to drop a story character would increase with amount of failed attempts. (-;
Today I got lucky with story drops, Alvida, Buggy and Gaimon dropped .
I'm at 601 , if I'm not mistaken I started the game 4 days after the release, and on canada it started 1 week early, so the max is probably around 610 days

total opposite for me..i have already maxxed INT franky, this gives you an idea of how many of his skillbooks i got ..meanwhile since the FN arrived almost a week ago i got a grand total of 13 lao g skillbooks..of 35 needed to max him out
I'm still missing 2 skill ups on franky, and I'm even gemmed a bit! dam, thats sucks. I don't have lao G but I ended up feeding a lot of his books to some units
I ended up with more Lao G books than Vergo or Koala.
Since we're talking about Doflamingo members, it seems like we're getting Doflamingo/Dressrosa characters for the Halloween fortnights this year. The japanese Twitter account has teased a new Rebecca, Sugar and Corazon
the halloween characters are pretty good for f2p units. I hope those ones are good too! rebecca needs a more usefull version in this game

What's your current box? Maybe it'd be better with a color-based crew first, you could put Hancock as captain that way (she boosts QCK and PSY units while health is high). I'm sure you'll always have friends with Raid Enels to keep restoring HP

They are pretty hard to find for sure, I've only found a few. At least the game lets you used his evolved form skillbooks on his regular form, unlike Coby and Arlong.

depends on if the character has the same skill in both forms or not..
back at the beginning of the game it wasn't always the case..but now pretty much all characters have the same skill in both forms

on the second day.. things get complicated. I have one of the legends (ray), but a dupe wouldn't be that bad since I could save for ray shop. I also have 3 characters (G3, buffalo, baby 5), but I really want mihawk legend (lets be real, legends are not happening), but I wanted some characters too (hajrudin, jabra, intvankov, leo).
please talk me into not pulling, at least not in day 2 ! I have 140 gems, I'm gonna gem a lot next 2 weeks (since I want gasparde socketed for sengoku team, and croc sockets and lucci sockets for my storymode crocs and luccis)

So, I'm gonna do a breakdown of units rated up and units I don't have. sorry to be a pain, I'm really anxious about that sugo.
from the psy rate up : trash units (2 usopps ,wich can be sockets / vivis/ kaya / nojiko/ coby /chopper / mr 2) - have all of them, and I can't help getting some silver/ fakegolds , so I'm gonna disconsider that for now.
psy units I do have : shanks, marco, rakyuo, urouge , squardo , violet , sengoku (6 + a legend)
psy units I don't have: harjrudin, chopper 3d2y, senor pink, monet, fukurou, bonney, mansherry, nami 3d2y, SW brook, sabo, SW shanks. (9 + 2 legends)
from the rated up, I'm bery good: I have 2 out of 12 of them (whitebay and kyros) and none of the legends.
the ones I want the most are Zoro (obviously) and sugar (since I have WB), but robin, koala, 3d2y luffy and blue gilly would be nice to get as well. and, of course, any legend (fuji and ace specially, but doffy is also awesome)
its been a while since there was a sugo with so many characters I don't have... so thats it, one multipull I'm doing. I know the chances are slim, but if I could get any other good character I would love as well.

You'll have a shot at getting Croc soon, the next long event willfeature the return of the "pull story characters with friend points" event, this time with Water 7 characters too
Ah thats cool! Last time I got a few nice characters like story Enel from it. But its really hard to come by friend points now that Im Plvl 230+. People expect badass sockets and special levels which i dont have on all of my captains.. ^^
EDIT: those tomes are awesome. I'm near maxing my sengoku sockets, maybe next batch of chaos colo I max him. I have a great colo smoker team as well, and I was planning on farm him, its a shame that CC island is here so I'm gathering stamina to do that, and then…. farm storymode kidd :( so many gems and he still didn't drop. after crocodile I never spend that many days farming someone (wapol maybe, but kidd still has to drop to compare. and today is double drop

he is the ultimate psy beatstick, since he boost his own atk by 2.25 (highest boost in the game I think). if you use him on a ray team, where the last character has a really strong multiplier he is awesome.

sw ace,zephyr,gp usopp,perona,psy ener, heracles'n
or (very risky team but if you manage to reach ryuma intact it's pretty much the easier one to deal with 4th and 5th stage, if you have lv 3 orb lock it's ideal)
2x squard, mr 2,enel,impact usopp, any orb locker
for this team in particular, it's kind of hard to reach ryuma because you have basically 0 boost at the beginning..you might try to calculate your way out of the situation by taking a couple of hits,but timers,locks,blind and stalling can all get in the way.
If you manage to reach ryuma with all your specials ready, ryuma's pre-emptive will activate your squard(s) and give all rcv orbs that mr 2 turns into psy orbs,the orb locker keeps them around for 2 turns.
now you only have to use ener and 1 sqaurd fro ryuma and the other squard and impact usopp for smoker for 2 easy kills…the problem is actually reaching the 4th stage,but it's doable
