Part 5 also has some of the best stand names. Black Sabbath, Metallica, Sex Pistols!
Though the subs will butcher them and turn them into Dark Sunday, Metallic and Lust Guns.

You could check out Somestuff releases (they also release the BD versions when they're out).
Part 6 is Stone Ocean. You are talking about Steel Ball Run which is 7.
And who in their right mind prefers part 5 over 6? Really?
My absolute top 3 is:
1.Battle Tendency (without a single drop of doubt, Joseph I you love so much!!)
2.Stone Ocean (I really like Jolyne, and papa Jotaro. This one is a lot closer to third then it is to first though)
3.Duwang is not Crash(Because Josuke is cool as hell)Least two favorites are Phantom Blood, because meh, and Vento Aureo, which only wins over part 1 because the supporting cast is a lot better.
Vento Aureo crappy translations is what made some fans not liking Vento Aureo, imagine this level of translations done to Stone Ocean or Diamond is Unbreakable..
Put Jolyne in Vento Aureo and JJBA Part 5 would be better than HxH and Prime OP combined.
Giorgio lacked personality…
Steel Ball Run is alone better than the entirety of HxH.
Giorno personality was butchered in the fan scanalations.
Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Part 5: Vento Aureo aka The Bruccellati And Friends Show featuring Giorno.

Its not like they can leave them at that, I appreciate the honesty and humor that they can imbue them with. It's just a filthy act done at reasonable prices.
It may have been the translations yeah… But Giorno was a lackluster MC, especially in the middle of so many other awesome JoJo's. I'd even put Jonathan above him, which says a lot to me, since I don't like Jonathan at all xD
What saves part 5 is the rest of the guys, Narancia, Mista and Bruno are all really cool, and even ms Diavolo is somewhat nice.
Bucerati is the protagonist of part 5. and the villian is Doppio.
Part 5 did give us the most despicable evil shit in the entire series, Cioccolata

Best one alongside Steely Dan and

Welp, at least when the anime hits, we may finally figure out King Crimson.
Part 5 is also the most fabulous part (just look at the outfits that they are wearing for example).
Sorry King Crimson, but just trying to remember what were your powers already give me a headache.
It's not as confusing as requiem though.I still don't really understand what happened at the end.
! As far as I remember it was erasing time.Basically if you had time like this:A–--B----C---D
,A represents the present or let's say it's the start of the battle,so you fight him A to B,B Diavolo activates King Crimson,B to C is the 10 seconds he erases, time smashes together and you get to point D.Your location depends on where you would be at time D,if you die during B to C,that gets erased and you are transported to point D and don't die.Well,or something like that,I'm not 100% sure it works like that but it should be close.

Nonsense. King Crimson's real ability is to produce memes.
It's why Diavolo is crazy, egomaniacal, and paranoid; he spends all of his free time, morning, day, and night on the Internet. Explains his eyes too; looking at a big LED screen in the dark for days on end can really fuck with your corneas.
Spoilers are out!

Maaaaaan goodbey best rock.
! R.I.P to Damo, the best antagonist we've had since President Funny Valentine, I did like Jobin and Yotsuyu but Damo was too good, we'll shall always remember that cool Coin trick.
! Apparently that's Norisuke's wife, called Kaato Higashikata. Her ability is also quite similar to D4C?
That was an awesome episode, that ending scene
! with Kira got me hyped as hell.
!
Awesome is the only way I can describe this episode.
! Okuyasu may not be a smart character, but scenes like where he was going to punch people reminds me why he is such a great character. A dumb character done well. I forgot how much I liked the scene where Josuke took Josephs hand, and the way it was done animated was even better, and Koichi crying was well done. Once again Josuke's creativeness is shown very well, which is done well again in his fight against Kira. Really shows how him and Joseph are related by being creative with their powers. More Kira hype but I can't remember if he is introduced next episode or is he introduced after Rohans little arc and after Koichi and Rohan go through the possessed street. Either way super hyped about the upcoming stuff.

Holy fuck.
Joubin interests me… wonder what his role is regarding this fruit business. Gappy also just killed a man in broad daylight, he's becoming more ruthless in each passing arc..
Also loved that Stone Ocean reference.
Nice little reference with Kaato wearing a Stone Ocean uniform.
Damn't I been ninjed.
This manga has too many MILFs.
This was the first time I was anxious waiting for a chapter of JoJo and the wait payed off. Perfect chapter!
For a moment I thought it was Irene and almost lost my shit.
God, Araki is so perfect with the subtle humor. Be it those three panels of Damo trying to turn on the lighter or purposefully leaving out what happened to Joshu till the every end until he climbs out of the sewer and going "oh yeah, he's fine too!"
That kill Hato did has to be one of the best, gorey panels Araki has ever drawn. The build-up to it was perfect.
Something I haven't really seen brought up yet: in the latest manga chapter, did anyone else notice the N and C on Caato's ring, and that her prison jumpsuit said "Stone Ocean"?
Edit: pariston mentioned the jumpsuit thing.
Also, Hato's straight up kill reminds me of the Discworld quote from "Men at Arms"
Something Vimes had learned as a young guard drifted up from memory. If you have to look along the shaft of an arrow from the wrong end, if a man has you entirely at his mercy, then hope like hell that man is an evil man. Because the evil like power, power over people, and they want to see you in fear. They want you to know you're going to die. So they'll talk. They'll gloat.
They'll watch you squirm. They'll put off the moment of murder like another man will put off a good cigar.
So hope like hell your captor is an evil man. A good man will kill you with hardly a word.
Double the Jojo goodness this week.
Between watching the part 4 anime and reading Jojolion as chapters come out, I really feel like this series is better when you take time and just get a little at a time then wait until you see more. I remember thing being crazy from time to time, but because I marathoned the series I never had the opportunity to let things sink in. Now I can appreciate the gruesomness of this last chapter, and just the overall bizzare feel of part 4 by taking my time. Then again it isn't just Jojo, but series that I find pretty good seem to be that way. I've found myself enjoying One Piece more because I can allow a chapter to sink in before going on to the next one.
Gappy is 100% on his way to being my top Jojo
punched a man's head into pieces in broad daylight, goddamn
I'm glad Josh is safe too, honestly.
Amazing chapter, but I'm still a little confused as to what Gappy did with his bubbles from his liver to assist in killing Damo.
Was it so that Hato could "hear" where Damo was and stomp the shit out of him?
Who is Gappy? Josefumi?
Showtaro Morikubo is probably one of my favorite voice actors. This episode was pretty good. It's kinda nice that I don't remember much of this section. It's like experiencing it for the first time.

I can see Gappy being in my top 3 along with Johnny (# 1 favourite JJBA character/Joestar) and Jolyne.

Similar fave Joestars as me (only Josuke is tied with Johnny in my book).
Here's a gif I found of Gappy being a BAMF
TFW you're on your way to kill Paul Blart
Possible AV material.
I've finally started to watch the DiU anime. I knew David would surpass themselves again, the scene transitions and overall art style are a delicacy to the eyes. The production staff must be having a blast with this series, and it shows.
There's a special event in February…. Vento Aureo adaptation news ?

They will anounce doing till SBR:ninja:
Curious if they are gonna Vento Aureo anime be one or two seasons. It is just as big as SC (17 volumes), but DiU is one volume longer and will be done in a single season.
Maybe VA's huge popularity in Japan will be enough to grant it a second season just like SC. Stone Ocean also has 17 volumes, but I am sure it will be just one season.

There's actually only a single cour difference between the two series. You make it sound as if DiU is only 26 episodes when its getting 40

Hadn't noticed that. I thought SC had twice as many episodes.
!
^This is the Album Cover of the 1st DiU OST that is not bundled with a Bluray Release

DP has done a good job so far with the anime original scenes.
If they plan to animate VA and make it 2 season I hope they add more anime original scenes to develop the cast(specially Trish, given the role she had).
Part 5 and Part 6 had some characters that were extremely lacking (Bruno, Mista, Abbacchio, Pesci, Doppio and Prosciutto being the only VA characters I liked) while in Stone ocean I only liked Jolyne, F.F, Jotaro, Ungalo (his flaws as a human/family issues made me truly appreciate this character) and Pucci.
What a shame.
People really seem to dislike Annasui for some reason I can´t quite grasp.
